PreApproved Renter Avis

It's more easy thank you

Excellent interface, thoughtful design-especially the admirable commitment to fair housing. Incredibly, a ed special link for applicants with vouchers (cityFHEPS, in my case). This variant of application allows completion of the application, include the voucher, and refreshingly declares that those with vouchers that cover rent costs fully are not required to have credit check or provide employment information. Finally, you are allowed to submit the names of non-applicant residents (presumably to make things official on a lease).

I will refrain from naming the inferior competition. Invariably, I could not complete all require fields, and no submission was possible. Also, an application fee was not even charged, which is a lovely thing to do, although not mandatory for voucher holders.

The incredible Realtor who uses this platform has incredible integrity, is transparent, and a very kind human.

Down but not out

Nothing went wrong. My low rating is due to the design of the preapproval form. I was submitting the application strictly to serve as a cosigner for my daughter. I would not be living at the address and therefore found it unsettling that both she and I needed to pay a $50 application fee when only she will be residing at the residence.

I'M NOT EXACTLY SURE WHERE YOU'RE ASKING IT'S THE LADY I MET COLLETTE TO SHOW ME THE APARTMENT WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND A SWEETHEART. I AM LEGALLY BLIND I HAVE A SERVICE ANIMAL AND I REALLY NEED THIS APARTMENT IN ORDER TO ADDRESS SOME OF MY MEDICAL ISSUES. I AM STUCK IN A MEN'S SHELTER AT THIS POINT ON A DISABILITY CHECK AND A STATE VOUCHER DUE TO MY DISABILITY.
