We are a little confused though - we have no email and I can see you ordered on 31st October with an ETA of 5th November, but we actually shipped on the same day you ordered with DPD - and I can see it was delivered early on 1st November (the very next working day). If you have any issues or we can help change the review back to 5 stars please contact our team. We are only a small business so the reviews are really important to us.

I ordered 3 items which took over a week to arrive but did get a phone call from Pre Beat to offer an alternative item which was fine and I accepted, which was the cause of the delay. I ordered 2 sets of lights both of which were damaged when delivered, but only minor damage which I was able to fix. Probably down to the delivery company.
