Fast and good quality customer service.
Very quick supply (immediate shipping)of an item. There was a fault but a replacement was shipped equally fast. Friendly communications. Customer Service is obviously a priority for the company.

Nice folk to deal with.
It's a good website and easy to navigate. I telephoned in to check on some specifications, etc., and was given friendly and accurate information, which helped me decide on a slightly different product. Order placed and courier delivery within a few days. Comparable price to item available elsewhere, but the service swung it for me.

Great light shame about customer care
The price was great and the Light arrived next day. Unfortunately it was faulty. The replacement arrived around 2 weeks later. I rested it last night and this is all working great. When I rang the company the 1st occasion they were very helpful and sent the return label quickly. When I rang the 2nd time to advise they had received the light 24 hours before and I had not yet had an email regarding the replacement, “Give us a chance” is not the response I was expecting to get from the sales person. It would have been 5 stars as the light is great and the 1st response when calling was excellent customer care.

“A cheap shot” and sarcastic, remarking on my review, which yes I did write on Xmas day, due to my sons main Xmas present having damage to the internal packaging, which I will state again “has obviously been opened and either unpacked, used and returned or a display model. You stated in your reply that the product was in perfect order, how do you know this was the case?? Did you look inside the package? If so did you not notice the internal packaging damage?? And if you did, were you not bothered??
I know how businesses work, and yours is one I won’t be using again.
And yes I did have a nice Christmas, hope you did too
