Precious Soles Avis

Easy appointment booking, seen quickly on arrival, knowledgeable staff member, and reasonable prices.

Very attentive, patient and well-informed service.

The team at Precious Soles are very helpful and will do their best to find footwear that are appropriate, in particular with issues that you may have with finding comfortable shoes if you suffer with bunions.
I would recommend!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, took time to measure my feet, watched me walk and gave me a selection of shoes to try and tested for best fitting. I had an appointment with podiatry too, Ratna was great, diagnosed issues and has given me exercises to help. My sandles and shoes purchased are so comfortable

For a similar price to buying sneakers elsewhere, Precious Soles, gives one a full service to fit you with the best shoes for one’s feet.

Consistently brilliant & professional service. Great selection of comfortable and durable footwear.

Always a pleasure to buy shoes here and I always go home with some that I really like, that are most comfortable.

Wow!

What a shop.

I’ve had feet problems for over 20 years and have had constant pain. I’ve tried doctors, physios, podiatrists, injections, shockwave treatment, the lot. Nothing helped and finally an excellent podiatrist (Ron McCulloch) recommended this shop.

I was served by Antonia who was nothing short of fantastic. She patiently understood my foot issues and history, recommended a number of shoes and took me through the fitting. Nothing was too much trouble and she was passionate about making sure I had shoes that were suitable.

For the first time in 20 years my feet feel better and are free of pain. I am eternally grateful for the service I received and the shoes that were recommended to me.

I also took my mother who has her own feet issues and this time we were served by Kirsty who is also excellent and my mother is very pleased with her new shoes.

Do not hesitate to book an appointment, you will not be disappointed attending Precious Soles and you will not go anywhere else in future for your footwear needs!

I was very happy with the reception last Thursday. My shoes were ready for me to pick up. It made my day. Thank you.

Amazing staff! Great knowledge and products. What more do you need.

I was warmly greeted and the process of measuring my feet was fully explained. Once done I was invited to try on and sample some footwear. One pair of shoes seemed to suit me well and I purchased those. The team member who dealt with me was delightful.

It's treat finding a shoe shop that actually carefully measures your feet and also offers very helpful advice about buying shoes that are appropriate to any pediatric problems you might have.

Great service and knowledgeable team.
Real Show fitting.

Great service, took my elderly Dad for a fitting and got him the best shoes for his condition.

I keep coming back to Precious Soles because of the customer service. They really know their shoes. They spend the time necessary to ensure you are getting what you need. Having a place where people know their product and take time to really help is very important.

I was referred to Precious Soles by my podiatrist almost a year ago...experienced an attentive professional service helping me understand my gait , measuring my feet, and trying on the right shoes to deal with my problems. I needed to replace my trainers and so returned to Precious Soles knowing it was worth the journey to find the right shoes. I received the same level of excellent service from Antonia. Highly recommended

I have taken my Granddaughter to Prcious Soles since she was first walking, she is very petit and has tiny narrow feet. As first she was very nervous getting her feet measured but now loves going to get new shoes, everyone is experienced, helpful and patient. I highly recommend this shop. Thank you ladies you are always a delight to deal with!

Good choice of styles and very good service. Being special shoes they cost a little more but do the job and help with my wifes foot problems.

Great personal service, the staff really take the time to observe how they can help you and what products may best suit you. I can't commend and recommend them enough. I will be back!
