Honest and great service
The ladies were very friendly and helpful. My youngest child has recently started walking and rather than sell us a pair that weren't right, they told us to come back in a few weeks when she was more confident. They really care about each individual child.

Always a great experience
The lady at the appointment was wonderful with my 8 year old daughter. Kind and patient and my daughter walked out saying what a lovely experience she had had.
All the staff are always amazing. We went in with Netball trainers not bought in the shop and they helped us work out whether the fit was right and taught us how to lace them up properly so as to give the correct support.
We have been using Precious soles since my daughter was 3 and half going in to pre-school so 7 years. Our whole family of 4 shop and get fitted there. They are great.

Professional and friendly
Kirsty was very knowledgeable, she had read the consultant's notes in advance and was clear about what would and wouldn't work for me. Professional yet very friendly and patient with my indecisiveness. Will certainly be returning.
