Precise Surveyors Avis

A truly professional company from first point of call to the finished survey. Results set out in a manner which even I could understand! Also, a follow up phone call a couple days later really helpful to raise any points you may have. Absolutely recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish. The survey was arranged promptly, the online system was really easy to use, and the secretary was always polite, helpful and courteous.

The survey itself was incredibly detailed and thorough, giving us so much useful information about the property. The surveyor was clearly very knowledgeable and took the time to give us a follow-up call afterwards to talk through the report and answer any questions.

Even our mortgage broker commented on how extensive and professionally presented the report was!

We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional and thorough surveyor.

Everything proceeded smoothly from the time it was explained what was to be undertaken and why that level of report was appropriate to the telephone call after I received the report to ensure that I was satisfied and that I could raise questions at that time or in the future. I would have no reservations about using this service, it was excellent.

Jamie T was fantastic, very knowledgeable and excellent communication, would highly recommend.

Professional effective service. Would highly recommend and if needed, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Precise again.
I have already recommended them to a friend.
Thank you Jamie and the team

Thank you to Jamie who made this experience go very smoothly . He was very professional and explained everything in detail and I was very impressed he called me to go through the report and answered my questions very well and also left the door open if I had any concerns to contact him .

We asked Precise Surveyors to carry out a structural survey on a house we were considering purchasing. The survey was carried out on the date agreed and the very detailed report arrived with us with 24 hours. This highlighted many issues, and a long conversation with James the surveyor helped to not only clarify various points but also to highlight risks and matters of great concern. We would not hesitate to recommend Precise Surveyors, and will almost certainly be using them again. To describe the experience in a few words: Efficient, Prompt, Expert and Helpful

Jamie made the whole process of getting our survey done so easy. He talked us through the findings in detail and advised us on what steps to take next.

Buying a new house is stressful enough Jamie made it stress free.

Would highly recommend.

Kerry’s organisation and Jamie’s professional skills provided a very helpful survey report, an opportunity to discuss implications and all of that exactly when promised with clear communication at all times. Faultless and so would highly recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish. From the moment you make contact you know you are in good hands. Kerry was very helpful. Communication kept throughout. Matt, very professional and full of knowledge. Survey report very detailed and easy to follow and understand. Would highley recommend using this Company. Thank you.

From the initial booking the communication with us was excellent, and the survey was carried out promptly.
The report and a follow up conversation made a very positive experience.

I am so glad that I found this local organisation to complete my RICS valuation for my shared ownership property. This is my first time selling and shared ownership homes come with additional challenges and I have been very fortunate that thanks to the teams experience at PRECISE they have been able to go above and beyond in supporting me both to market my property and with completion. All of the team have been incredibly helpful, prompt, transparent and supportive. The costings and prices for their valuations and surveys are the most competitive on the market yet the service, knowledge and expertise is of the highest quality. I would highly recommend the team here and will absoloutely use again in future. Special thanks to Matt also who offered his many years of experience to help me navigate additional challenges which came up in my sale - again going above and beyond 😊

I had a level 2 survey with Precise Surveyors. My experience was very positive. The report I received was very detailed, thorough and clear. Jamie was on hand to answer any questions I had with the report and very helpful talking me through the next steps.

The survey was comprehensive and highlighted aspects of the property that had not been noticed on our second visit before placing our offer. An experienced second set of eyes gave a more in-depth evaluation of the general fabric of the building and brought out important details that we were to look into before proceeding further. A highly competent survey which is a necessity before any purchase. A recommended surveying company giving valued opinions. Good thorough service and very pleasant receptionist. A telephone follow up after the survey explained any points that were queried from the detailed report that had related photographs. Highly recommended.

The survey was organised quickly and very thorough. The report came quickly afterwards and highlighted key areas. The surveyor was happy to speak to us on the phone and go thorough things. It was an excellent service and I would highly recommend.

We recently used Precise Surveyors Ltd for a Level 2 Home Survey on a property in Stourbridge. The service provided by our surveyor, Jamie Taylor, was exceptional from start to finish.
The resulting report was incredibly thorough, clear, and professional. Jamie identified several critical issues that we wouldn't have spotted ourselves.

Jamie’s professional advice gave us a realistic understanding of the property's condition and the potential work we might be taking on before committing to the purchase. If you need a reliable, detailed, and expert surveyor, we highly recommend Precise Surveyors Ltd!

I was referred to Precise by two friends who had used them in the past. The whole service was excellent from start to finish. Kerry handled our initial enquiry really well and clearly explained the process, stages, and what to expect. Jamie was also very helpful and knowledgeable. He carried out the survey and later walked me through the report in a follow-up call, which was really appreciated.

Overall, a great all-round service and I will definitely be recommending these guys to everyone I know.

Where to start, what an incredible experience with Precise Surveyors this has been.

Initially I was quoted £595 but after reviewing the age of the house this jumped to £695, which seemed expensive, nevertheless I had heard good things so decided to go ahead.

The survey was worth more. Money very well spent, extremely detailed report with incredible attention to detail.

Jamie turned the report around within 3-4 working days and gave me a call a couple days after to address any concerns and answer any questions.

I cannot recommend these guys enough and definitely urge you to trust them with your survey!

I needed a survey to be completed on a house that I am buying. I found Precise Surveyors very quickly online and looked at their Website which was full of information relevant to my needs.
Jamie Taylor visited the property that I needed the survey for within 2 days of my initial communication with them.
The service I received from them was exemplary, within a day of the survey being carried out - I had been sent ,via email, the results of the Survey in full detail. Jamie also emailed me stating that if I needed anything explaining about the survey or I just needed some questions answered I was to call him and we’d have a chat about it.
I did contact Jamie and he put my mind at rest over some things I didn’t understand.
I am highly recommending Precise Surveyors and, if I need another survey I will use them again.

The Survey provided by Precise Surveyors was very comprehensive and detailed, giving us valuable information about the property we are buying.
