Precision Glass Group
We purchased a conservatory that Precision Glass Group supplied to us and unfortunately, items sent to us were incorrect or not included. Our fitting team removed the old conservatory only to realise they could not fit the new one. We were left with no roof or frames, just the flooring exposed to the weather for over two weeks while new parts were ordered. This included being sent the wrong door, wrong boxed eaves beam and wall plate. There was no L shaped cill or caps. We received multiple deliveries with different parts sent and one was still wrong. We were told to cut a metal eaves beam to 45 degrees and sent a hand drawn picture on how to do this. The surveyor admitted the door was the wrong one sent to us and even sent over the diagrammed from his survey.
We are still waiting for a refund payment to be sent to us of £850, weeks after the conservatory was completed because of their errors. We have had to work with our credit card company to support us in receiving what we have paid for.
The process started in September and the conservatory was finished in March.
