My company delayed procurement software long time because we thought it can be too complex and expensive. After demo with Precoro, we finally decided to try and successfully. We went live in 2 weeks, implementation consultant helped us get bulk data into our new account and even our non-tech people learned very quickly to use it.
The only thing I’d like is to see more permissions and features for standard users, sometimes it feels limited.

My team decided to try Precoro when finding the right invoice in email inboxes started taking half of the day. We needed quick intuitive setup without complex IT. And it was a match!
I also appreciate email reminders for approvers, which help workflows moving smoothly even during peak periods.
