This program is well designed and easy to follow. I found the resources available for download intuitive to use and easy for other team members to interface with and use effectively. Thank you!

Evaluation tools are excellent and the consulting on structuring the interview based on the results was of inestimable value.

There is a little bit of a learning curve. We have used assessment programs for years and switched to The Hire Talent because of a 300% cost increase from our previous service. The pros are that this is really in-depth! I like the assessments. I love that you can call them for help in reviewing the assessments and give you tips and pointers in what to look for. I like having all of my candidates in one place with the resumes and my notes. Cons. I do think there could be some improvement on management of the different candidates. I would like to be able to compare them more easily side by side. I also feel that I am a pretty smart cookie, however, thought some of the cognitive assessments were rather challenging. Maybe it was because I was rushing through them though.

Swear by their pre-employment assessments. I'm learning to NOT hire without using these test and trusting them completely. If you're looking for the top candidates, this will certainly help weed out those not in the higher tiers.
