I bought a transmission from them and it didn't even last a year before my car was back in the transmission shop. I have to have it rebuilt now, which is what I should have just done from the beginning. I tried calling, emailing and texting, but no one has responded. Do not waste your money on preferautoparts.com!!!
Update to my review. Here we are 4 days later with more promises and LIES of when another transmission will be shipped. It was promised to ship on Wednesday 3.12.25. That was a LIE! My husband has requested a refund which hasnt happened either. Its been increasingly harder to reach CHRIS too. I highly suggest NOT using this man for used parts. He will call you and hound you until you buy from him and make promises of a 6 month warranty and not follow through. Ill also continue to leave reviews here so all will know how this ends. Next up is the BBB. Lisa Iguess
Great service great staff. Everything worked as should. They really go above and beyond for their customers. They sent motor and it worked perfectly. I highly recommend them to all mechanics.

I was able to buy a used transmission from Prefer Auto Parts. Now I can still use my truck! No thanks to the Dodge Ram Dealer or Factory.
