poor customer service
I placed an order which came through with no problem, when I ordered again I was told that shipping to the United States was temporarily cancelled, but still took the payment while knowing this, once shipping was resumed they shipped my order out and gave me tracking number, my order has been stuck in transit since October 18, when I call or text them for updates I don’t get a response
