BUNCH OF SPAMMERS!!! I used their service for KYS VERO 500 PRO electric pizza oven. Get charged $10 Prelaunch.com receipt [#1554-4669] for an oven reservation and in the end get nothing. When I asked what was going on, I didn't get any reply. When I asked for my $10 back, I was deleted from their website. Shame on you
