Premier Care in Bathing Avis

This five star review is in respect of the friendly and courteous workmanship of Jac and Jarod who repaired my shower door today. They explained to me what the problem was and how they had made the repair, leaving the "spare" roller for the shower door in case it could be needed in the future and checking that I could now manage to open/close it with ease. Thank you both.
This is also in respect of Eve Garwood whose response to my phone call and my frustration after 4 weeks of phoning to sort out this problem to no avail was genuine, professional and understanding. She listened and sorted this out on the basis of that last call, ordered the parts and arranged for an appointment for Jac and Jarod. This involved a phone back to me to confirm everything and then a follow up to check that I was happy with the work carried out. Well done Eve.

i had a guy come to discuss a complete rip out , removing the bath basin and toilet and installing a walk in shower and replacing , , i have an internal soil pipe i would like to have removed and placed on the outside wall , he told me that they don't do building work and would cover the tiles with wall boarding , he didnt seemto want to discuss soil pipe , no measurements were taked , never looked at anything , just casually said its going to cost you 15 k anyway . , the bathroom is 1600mm x 1800, or roughly 6ft x 6ft , so don't even bother with these , they are just looking for vunerable pensioners ,which i'm not , i've been in the building trade many years ,

From the very first home visit everyone was professional, friendly and clear in their explanation of what was to be expected.
On the day of the fitting Mike arrived at 8.45 and commenced removing our old bath, later the
New bath was delivered and the electrician arrived.
Mike turned up the following morning and the job was completed by early afternoon.

The bathroom was fitted by Mick to a very high standard, nothing was to much trouble

Clear, helpful and flexible from our 1st enquiry to completion. Jamie and Bob explained what they were doing as they went along and gave us plenty of notice when the water was being turned off or the bathroom not available.
it was great to have choices about where to have grab rails and the shower equipment.

The whole experience from enquiry to purchasing from Premier Care in Bathing was exceptional. Each and every step was clearly outlined and the whole buying experience was thoroughly explained. It was swift and safe. Installation was exceptional. The workers were respectful and very communicative at every step. The thought of buying a walk-in shower and creating an accessible bathroom and flooring on behalf of my parents was nerve-wracking. Premier Care in Bathing did just that. They provided premier care to me and my parents and I won't hesitate to recommend to others if asked.

fantastic from start to finish

Had a walk in shower fitted in place of a bath for my 85 year old mum who was struggling with an arthritic hip. Premier Care were a brilliant company to deal with and their fitter Jamie was professional and friendly and did a fantastic job. Would definitely recommend without any hesitation to anyone considering using them.

Whatever you do, don't use MobilityPlus (Mobility Bathing Group or Premier Care). They use contractors, who in my case were considered to be better than most. However, they did not install what I ordered, because I later found out that my choice would have reduced their considerable profit. The problem is that the salesman only supplied pictures of the alternatives for you to choose from, with no model names to add to the contract. I ended up with a contract that only said 'Walk-In Shower'. Because of that, they argued I had to pay the full amount for a somewhat cheaper model, even though that was known to have missing functionality (an integrated shower curtain) that I had explicitly discussed the position of with both the salesman and their project manager, and was in their mock-up photographs. The project manager agreed that I had asked for that, but didn't think it was that important to me. You also have to pay 90% of the price up front. They are totally-incompetent and money-grabbing scammers. They appear to prey on old people who may not have the best judgement, and will happily send the bailiffs round to squeeze the last penny out of your savings. Having a shower now makes a world of difference, but it made me so sick to get there.

It has been an excellent service from the first visit survey and pricing, the second visit by the Project Manager was very useful and we changed a few details, which were excellent.

The quality of work carried out by Gaffer was second to none. We are thoroughly delighted with our new bathroom and would highly recommend him.

The service was completed in the right time frame and to our satisfaction. One small problem was sorted out well and there have been no difficulties with the installation since.

Bogdan, the installer, was friendly and hardworking, starting as soon as he arrived.

Based on our house being old, uneven walls/floors and the small space he had to work in, he has created a lovely accessible space for us to remain independent in our home.

We are very happy with his workmanship and would recommend him.

Not very good with time keeping been let down several times constantly been given excuses think I’ve heard them all supposed to take one week ending up three weeks some days no body showed up
