The package was delivered 2 days after this review was left and well within the quoted time frame of 5-8 business days. Delivery was after 5 business days. This shipment couldn't have been more on time than it was.
GLS has claimed multiple times that…
GLS has claimed multiple times that they have attempted delivery despite our property having 24/7 surveillance with no sign of anyone approaching our door with our package. While I understand this is a shipping issue with GLS, your company choose to work with them and is a sole reflection of your own internal decision making. Extremely disappointed

Tony, we took a look at your order which shipped with:
'UPS 2nd Day Air (2 Business Days if placed before 12PM PT)'
You placed the order on a Thursday and it was delivered on the following Monday. I.e. 2 business days. Therefore the product was on time, not a day early or late. We wish you would have come to us first before leaving a one star review as you appear to be a regular customer of ours.
Terrible Delivery Process
The delivery process via GLS was completely broken. No delivery attempt on promised date. Called GLS reviewed delivery location, direction etc. for next day delivery. After being promised delivery that day and second no show called back and was advised the package was never placed on truck for delivery. Asked to pick up the package and it could not be located. As result our champagne ordered for special event missed the event. Call Premier Champagne never got a call back. All in all mediocre customer service.

I place orders online almost daily and Premier Champagne was the best experience I've had. The ordering process was easy and quick and I had my order within just a couple of days (ordered late Friday and it was delivered the following Tuesday. Plus, they ship via UPS, which is the most dependable delivery company out there. Will definitely be placing more orders in the future and HIGHLY recommend!
