They turned up on time , very polite , great job of cleaning the carpets . I am a carer and booked it for a client . Client was very impressed saying the carpets looked really fresh and smelt lovely . Would highly recommend them

I recently had my two rooms and landing carpets professionally cleaned, and I am extremely happy with the results. The difference is clearly visible – the carpets look fresh, spotless, and almost like new again. The service was very professional, on time, and done with great attention to detail. I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for high-quality carpet cleaning. Excellent job

Unhappy Cleaning Service
This is for the Norwich branch of the company that provided the service.
We had our 2 seater sofa and 2 armchairs cleaned last week. Whilst I know it was on an offer I was very surprised that from arrival to departure was only 1/2 hour. This included setting up. The website talks about 1-3 hours.
The actual cleaning done was only to the front areas of the furniture, not the whole pieces of furniture. Not what I would call a proper clean of each item.
When the cleaner arrived I asked them to remove their footwear. They refused saying they were clean and they were not getting their feet wet. Not sure how this would happen when cleaning furniture. However, I agreed they could keep them on and provided them with overshoes. The problem with this was they just kept them on when they went in and out. Defeats the point of wearing them! Also whilst I understand they would possibly need access to maybe electricity and water. The cleaner just basically helped themselves without even asking if they could.
Overall they just seemed in a rush to get their money and
Leave. I will not use this company again.

If you want 1st class service
We had a ground floor carpet which hasn’t been cleaned for many years. Wayleed arrived on time, never stopped until the job was complete. Very nice chap. I would highly recommend this company.

Premier Carpet Cleaning came out the…
Premier Carpet Cleaning came out the same day for us to clean a small area of our carpet and to get the smell out.
They did a great job, was only here 30 minutes, the carpet was lovely and clean and smelling fresh afterwards. Very reasonable priced too. Thanks very much!
