Premier Polytunnels Ltd Avis

Very helpful and knowledgeable when working out what size of poly tunnel cover I needed. The covering instruction video on Youtube made what could have been a stressful job, relatively easy and I'm very happy with how strong the cover is. It is very toasty under the poly tunnel cover even today! Happy plants and a happy me!

My experience with Premier Polytunnels has been five star. Communication has been excellent. My polytunnel kit is exactly what I had been looking for. It replaced a poor quality green one and it’s so much better. The kit was really easy to put together and all the instructions were very clear. I was particularly impressed by the heat tape, which is going to stop the cover from being damaged due to friction from the metal frame.

I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a professional quality polytunnel.

I've left a review online, but I'm happy to leave one here too.
I bought a 10ft x 20ft polytunnel in June and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience with Premier Polytunnels.
The website is easy to use and delivery was completely free and quicker than I expected. The communication from Premier and the delivery company was excellent throughout.
The polytunnel was straightforward to put up with two people. We had a struggle with the ground being rock hard to dig due to the hot summer, but that was down to the weather, not the kit. The instructions were clear and everything slotted together well. It feels really strong and the plastic is top quality.
I highly recommend Premier Polytunnels.

Our polytunnel is for an indoor/outside community space on our community growing project. We have had a seamless and professional service on the ordering side and the guys who did the install worked like machines and did a wonderful job. Very friendly too. Definitely a 5 stars from us.

Everyone I had contact with at the company were very accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. Christine and Deborah on the phone and email were very reassuring and I felt immediate trust and confidence. Similarly, when I spoke to Ben on the phone and subsequently when I met him on site my concerned mind was immediately put to rest. The Ben and Brett refurbishment team worked well in the limited and awkward space and produced a well made refurbishment of cover, fixings and door on my 18-year old 9m x 4.5m frame. I'm now future-proofed for many years to come.

Of all the polytunnel companies I have used in the last 18 years Premier is by far the best. I have had a lot of very positive comments from fellow gardeners on our large (300 plot) site and have already (day 2) done loads of recommendations.

I'll definitely only be using Premier in the future for all my polytunnel needs.

Thank you for giving me back the favourite space on my allotments. Jo

I've had a fantastic experience with Premier Polytunnels. Especially Deborah, who went above and beyond to answer my questions and ensure everything was correct with my order. Great communication and truly helpful service.

What can I say from start to finish an outstanding company

From coming out, to building to support through out they have been amazing

From being on the end of the phone to offer support should you need it

Equally to after care support - helping to add gutters and helping when I had a little accident with the plastic

Absolutely outstanding in ever way

2 splendid tunnels, strong and long standing. Wonderful customer support from people who actually are. I just wish that I had the space for another! Rebecca-Silver Grey Foliage, Flower Farmer, Leeds

Just had a tunnel done by premier the 2 lads turned up bang on time fitted it in the rain got full of mud never once complained what a brilliant job they did i would 100 percent recommend them thanks premier for a really good job 👏

I’m so pleased to have found Premier Polytunnels online some years ago. Their products are sensibly priced with a wide range of options. Great spares service too with speedy delivery and a friendly, helpful response by phone. I bought two Polytunnels over several years, and was delighted that they recalled my previous transactions on the phone and by email. What a very personal service. Excellent polytunnels that withstand frequent gales. Good, multi page instruction manuals too. I would definitely buy from them again.

Ordered a tunnel online store, delivered when expected, easy to build with a pal over 2 days. Tunnel bossed the winds no bother. Ladies in office great, nothing too much trouble for them, fitting guide for tunnel and videos great. Impressed with quality kit and best service.

Promised to supply and construct. But did not turn up or phone to say they were not coming. On speaking to a rude female who did not apologize for not coming. I cancelled my order to which she replied " thanks for nothing before putting the phone down on me.
Their response says it all. More lies and sarcasm.

These guys are just great to deal with, so very helpful and very patient. When you make enquiries or ask for pricing they are not pushy nor do they bombard you with emails, they just let you be and come back as and when you are ready.
We have recently moved and purchased two larger polytunnels after being so very happy with our smaller version for a number of years in our previous home. It is a real family business, Their mum and dad even delivered our tunnels.

Loved working with premier polytunnels for the installation on my flower farm. It was so simple due to the experience and expertise of the team- they were a joy to have on the farm too! And the tunnel itself is already producing results just a few weeks in! Thank you!

Had to ring to make sure of size that I was ordering was OK was informed that I needed to order two meters more.i rang on more two occasions for advice staff was great with the advice they gave me also there online videos.
Replacement polytunnel cover went well.

Great communication from a family business with very helpful staff. The polythene cover was delivered well packaged and of high quality. Purchase with confidence!!

Great service from the team, quick and efficient. I have recommended to friends and family and I will recommend to my customers.

I've tried the temporary green house before from various online retailers but they are poorly made and fall apart after one summer.

Spoke to these guys and they recommend the 6ft polytunnel. It slots in perfectly in the back garden. Easy to build and great quality.

From start to finish the service and level of care has been spot on.

Can't wait to start eating my veggies.

Fantastic service from start to finish, everything went smoothly. What a great team!

Excellent professional service. Highly recommended and a pleasure to deal with
