When we noticed an amazing deal on their Instagram it took Charlotte a matter of weeks to get the van delivered to us. This is our sixth time using PVG and we wouldn’t go anywhere else! I recently bought a car from Elliott at PRV. I'd been researching for over 9 months and knew what I wanted, Elliott had one available but unfortunately it looked like it wouldn't be able to work because I had finance pre-arranged with a provider who don't work with PRV. Elliott was proactive and creative coming up with a number of potential solutions and we pursued one together which was equivalent to my existing lender. I wouldn't have thought about this solution, but he found a way to make it work. His aftersales service was exemplary; from staying in touch about the status of the car, the stage in the prep it was up to and sourcing and arranging for an additional key for me. Arguably one of the best sales teams I have dealt with, definitely the best team in the automotive industry I have dealt with. I'll be coming back to them and recommend my friends do the same. Superb.

From the get go, Jonny was great and showed me lots of different options within my price range. Jonny looked for about 6 months to find my perfect car as I was very fussy about what I wanted. When we found one I was happy with Charlotte helped me through all the finance and delivery options. Her service was exceptional; a genuinely lovely lady!

Sales staff made the whole process feel extremely relaxed with no-pressure assistance. They offered to assist with finding great-rate finance, again without pressure or obligation, and actually found a much cheaper rate than the high street.
