Premier Villas & Resorts Avis 

We booked a villa in Port Andratx in June 2023 through Premier Villas. Premier Villas were a pleasure to deal with - they were extremely helpful in sorting out all the details and did everything they could to make our holiday perfect.

We had such a good family holiday in this lovely spacious, clean and very well equipped villa. Casa Cristal is in such a good position to walk to beaches, supermarkets and restaurants. We had a car delivered and collected from the villa booked through Premier Villas, so we could visit neighbouring areas such as Bengali, Ferragudo and spend a day exploring areas of the Algarve towards Spain. Thank you to the team at Premier Villas for once again organising a great holiday in a fabulous villa for us.

We stayed at a fantastic villa in Portugal on the Algarve. It was exactly as advertised and the whole process of booking and confirming details could not have been any more straightforward. Would definitely use Premier Villas again. What a fantastic holiday.

We had a really nice holiday in a beautiful villa in Portugal this summer and both the staff at Premier Villas and the villa itself were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. However, there was no air conditioning in the villa (only in one room) and it was extremely hot! It seems that both the owners as well as Premier Villas were aware of the problem but neither mentioned it to us prior to our departure nor seemed under any pressure to fix it whilst we were there. Instead they had had installed an ineffective and very rudimentary air con system of mobile units which meant windows had to be left open to allow the recycled air to escape but which meant hot air was often blown back into the rooms. Really not acceptable for a villa of this caliber (and cost) and very disappointing as a Premier Villa which I had taken to be a mark of trust and integrity. I feel sorry for the family who were taking it the following week as temperatures were set to hit the high thirties. The owners really need to get this fixed ASAP and Premier Villas need to warn clients that they are headed to a house with no air conditioning.

Casa Cristal is a fantastic villa. Brilliant pool. Shade when needed. Fully equipped. All tv channels. Were able to watch all blacks v ireland and Derry v Clare in all Ireland quarter final.
Great cleaning service from Maria. We stayed there 4 years ago but there was no welcome pack. This time there was.. The perfect destination

Booked Villa Centianes in Carvoeiro for a family holiday for 12 people in June 22.
Booking process was straight forward and Premier Villa's staff were very helpful and arranged our transfers and Car hire.
The villa was exceptional and provided a great base for our family holiday.
Any issues locally were dealt with promptly by the Property Manager Mario.

Outstanding service from the manager and his colleague. We booked a villa for 17 people in August only for the sub agent of Premier Villa to go into liquidation. Via the receiver, we managed to establish that the agent contracted by the owner was Premier Villa and they were outstandingly efficient in resolving the matter to our satisfaction.

I had an extremely disappointing experience trying to book a villa through Premier Villas. After contacting them to enquire about a villa in Portugal, they confirmed it was available for my dates and also confirmed the price as stated on the website. I paid my deposit, but shortly afterwards was contacted to say they had made a mistake with the price on the website and the actual price was over £1500 more for the week I had booked. The only options I was given were to cancel the booking or pay the higher price. Even though it was their mistake and I had paid my deposit in good faith based on the price advertised online and confirmed in their initial email to me, they would not honour the original booking, although I pointed out to them that their terms and conditions stated that once a deposit had been paid they guaranteed that the price of a holiday would not go up. Since that conversation they have changed the wording of their terms and conditions on the website. To me, this is not the way I would expect a reputable and trustworthy company to act.
With all the uncertainty around foreign travel with Covid, it’s important that people can trust the travel companies they book with. I would never consider booking with Premier Villas again.

Very responsive and straightforward to book our villa for 2022

They were a third party to our booking but came to the rescue when we had an issue and stuck with us to ensure our holiday was a success. I can’t recommend using Premier Villas enough, we will be booking directly with them next time.
