Scam

They took $1800 in January 2022 and only had 1 offer in Feb 22/2022. The unit requested was for a 3 bedroom which was not available for the dates requested. I was able to give alternate units ie 3 bedroom a day later or 2 bedoom units for the date requested but both were turned down. Since then nothing.

We were told if we received no valid offers in one year we would get our money back. We have tried to call many times and send emails in last few months and have got no response.

Beware it's a scam!

They took my money $1794 in November 2021. I cannot get in touch with anyone via telephone or email. I have documentation of the times I have reached out to them. I try every week lately because losing this amount of money is financially a burden when they do not offer the services they promised!

They took $1700 from me with promises…

They took $1700 from me with promises to either sell or full refund. No sales and No refund! Will no longer return my calls and the 1-800 custom service now goes to a voicemail.

Our customer service number is still active. Also, the only refund option available per the contract, is canceling within the first 10 days of signing up. We will have your account reviewed, and follow up with an update.

I have the same situation

I have the same situation, they don't return calls. I have call several times, you get a 3rd party answering service and say someone will call you back. I got and answering machine, saying someone will call you back. I sent an email and have not received a response. I don't have any faith in this company.

Do not invest your time or money with…

Do not invest your time or money with Premium Event Solution, Inc. - Don't return calls and keep you on hold for 30 to 45 minutes. I only have (1) offer and nothing happen with that offer. A FRAUD.

Mr. Victor Tate does not keep his word. After receiving my 6 weeks gateways never hear from him again. Won't received calls or emails.

DON'T SIGN THE CONTRACT! YOU WILL LOSE!

Called in fall/ late summer of 2021 and told they were going to sell my 2021 weeks. It is June of 2022 and they still have not rectified the situation. They say they will eventually. Have not moved one unit!! They won't refund me my money! PEOPLE- DON'T SIGN THAT CONTRACT UNLESS YOU DON'T WANT TO SEE YOUR RETURN UNTIL INDEFINITELY

premium event not telling truth

been with them since oct 2021 told me bunch of lies about people would be beggin to rent in florida in dec 2021 ived had 3 offers in all this time to crazy locations would love to get my money back

I have made good money working with premium event solutions. They've been Very organized and it's a pretty straight forward process. I haven't been disappointed.

Be careful on what you do with this company. It has scam tendencies. They take your money and don't provide the services. They took 800 dollars from me and didn't deliver. PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!!!!

The first time I signed up I didnt try to negotiate at all, figured I would try it this time. I prefer just accepting for sure. I can say I've personally done well and will most likely stick with it for as long as they welcome me to.

Still waiting 120 days in

120 days and counting yet to get a valid offer for my weeks, I get a lot of promises. Did get a check 400 dollars for two days as a courtesy. But nothing since. Every time I call it's a third party answering service. And no one returns your calls.. The weeks that have been offered, Seem to be just a way to say we tried. But nothing ever matches up. I keep getting promises that my weeks are a priority for them also when I ask them to tell me where the next conference is going to be So I can see them in action they have no answer. A lot of red flags. I think I made a big mistake hope I get money back. Looking more like a scam every day.

So far im very happy with my results with the company. They contacted me a few months ago and so far things seem to just keep getting better. I'm excited to get to the end to see the full return. I'll be happy to update when the time comes.

About 90 days into the program

About 90 days into the program, i tried negotiating a couple times that didnt work out but the other ones have gone well.

Overall happy

Haven't gotten all 6 weeks out yet, but I'm optimistic. I'm overall happy with the service and hope to see the full return.

Hey it took a little work on my end. Which is frustrating since I have small kids. But the 180 guarentee is real and works! 3 stars for 3 checks.

SCAM

I am shocked that this company are getting these types of reviews. I had the worst experience with this company. They took my $1793 and did absolutely nothing. A total scam and a rip off.

It's amazing that these reviews are excellent (4 or 5 stars) or they are terrible (1 star). It makes me question the legitimacy of the 5 star reviews.

I, too, was contacted by a representative at Premium Event Solutions. Just like the other complainer, the representative was very pushy. Several times I explained that I was in back-to-back meetings, and I was unable to make a decision on the spot. I wanted to do my own research before I made any decisions. She insisted that she would stay on the phone while I did this research. Again, I tried to explain that I was in back-to-back meetings, and I would have to research on another day. After several minutes of this pressure, I finally hung up.

I did have an opportunity to research this Premium Event Solutions.

1) The rep said that they have been in business for several years (I think she said 9 years). Although I did not find out exactly when their company started, I did notice that the reviews for this company date back only a couple of months.

2) She said that Premium Event Solutions partners with Internal International. So, I wrote a message to Interval.

Here's my message to Interval International: "Greetings, yesterday I was contacted by a company called Premium Event Solutions. They said that they partner with Interval International. Supposedly they work with your company such that I am able to purchase Interval International Getaway Vacations, and they, in turn, will rent them to companies for their convention purposes. Of course, I need to
send them money for the Getaway purchases up front. Then, Premium Event Solutions rents them for 1000's of dollars, and I become rich. This seemed like a timeshare scam to me. Please confirm if Interval International partners with Premium Events Solutions."

Here's their response:
"Dear XXXXXX: Thank you for your e-mail message. It would be my absolute pleasure to assist you today.
We are not affiliated with any third party company including the one mentioned. It is more than likely a scam. I am sorry for any inconvenience. Please reply to this e-mail if we can assist you further. Thank you for contacting us. Our office hours are listed below. I hope you have a wonderful day."

She went over the program thoroughly and she explained we work with the Interval weeks, but not that we are affiliated with them.
