I ordered some paint and payed for…
I ordered some paint and payed for overnight delivery, expecting a delivery 1 or 2 days, however it was delivered on the 3rd day with they class as free delivery. I did contact them and they refunded by delivery charge, how ever when weather was that bad by the time the paint arrived I have not been able to use it yet, missing the 3 very sunny days that I could have used the paint,

Thank you for your feedback, and please accept our apologies for the delay and the lack of notification regarding your delivery.
Because our items ship from separate warehouses via different couriers, your order was split into two packages. I can see that while the first package arrived safely on time via our free standard delivery service, the second package containing your accessories unfortunately slipped a day outside of our 2-3 working day window.
We are very sorry for the frustration this caused and for the missing tracking updates. We are addressing this with our courier network to ensure better communication moving forward.
Wrong tracking number given
Wrong tracking number given, ordered before bank holiday weekend. Picker must have still been pi**ed. Unable to track was repeatedly told it would be here next day for over 6 days even though it was apc overnight delivery. Just fobbed off at every opportunity. Only positive was Kay who sorted out my refund.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the incredibly frustrating experience you had with your tracking information and the delivery delays over the bank holiday period.
I wanted to clarify that our tracking numbers are generated and emailed to customers automatically by the courier's system once an order is booked. We have since checked the system and found that the courier issued a completely inactive tracking link on their end, which explains why you were unable to get accurate updates on your APC delivery. We are looking into why this system error occurred with them to prevent it from happening again.
That being said, I am very glad to hear that Kay was able to step in and ensure your refund was processed swiftly for you. I will be sure to pass your kind words along to her.
Very poor quality batch of paint so that it was unusable.
There was a problem, that happens but it is how it is rectified that is important and that is what you did.

Ease of ordersing through you was fine howver the condition my item arrived in wasnt good. the item arrived with a large dent. it looked like it had been rolled around the van. considering how much i paid i expected a smoother delivery.

While the courier's delivery photo shows the tin arrived fully sealed, upright, and leak-free, we completely understand you expected it to arrive in pristine cosmetic condition.

Exceptional company and product
I would highly recommend both this company and their products.
This is the second time I have used their product and the paint is exceptional. We have used it for external use on metal and it has covered extremely well and has great durability.
On my second occasion we had an issue which was quickly sorted so I highly recommend the company for their attitude and customer service. I have not had such a positive customer experience for a long time. So well done to the team, I will recommend you to anyone who is looking for your product.

Ordering and delivery good,very pleased with the application and coverage of the paint, the terracotta a little lighter than the colour chart lead me to believe awaiting to assess its durability.but overall pleased with the product.

We Contacted the company regarding the sealer had made the block paving go different colours shades.
They don't care on helping us we chased them a few times now no help
The customer service is shocking take the money and run.
Please be aware
Wasted best part of £500 we should of used Resiblock like we did on our last two houses,but this product was cheaper now we know why.
One ruined drive left high on dry .
This so called premium product it doesn't even has and instructions how to apply on the 20lt tins !

As our technical team explained in our email correspondence, the shading symptoms present on your block paving are highly typical of trapped moisture beneath the surface barrier, rather than a product defect. When sealers are applied in warm conditions (such as the 25-degree weather you mentioned), the top layer can skin over and cure rapidly, sealing in latent ground moisture beneath it. This prevents the sealer from breathing and leaves a dark or uneven finish.
Regarding instructions, full technical data sheets and step-by-step application guides are hosted digitally directly on our website product pages for all trade-size 20L drums. If an application issue or a suspected product variance is noticed immediately upon opening a tin, our guidelines always advise stopping the application immediately and contacting support before proceeding across a large area.
