This website is fake

Paid over the odds for an essentials fear of god hoodie…. It arrived…did not match the picture on the website or any other!! Didn’t come in a packaging or tags etc COMPANY TRADES IN COUNTERFEIT GOODS!!!

I engaged the website about being a new customer & concerned about the reviews on this website but was looking to buy an item ….. they answered and said what was I looking to purchase??? (The chat does work)

Then I informed them of my experience, no answer.

Have reported the matter to payment originator.

Will also be informing citizens advice & action fraud as to avoid other people being scammed & hopefully they get what they deserve.

Have sent emails and messaging about a potential order but have not recieved any reply. Avoid.

I am still waiting on an order placed on the 7th of December I have tried to contact this company with no response ..I am furious as I am £210 out of pocket they can't even be bothered to answer an email stay clear of this company!!!!

My item was ordered last year and i have still not received it even though i have received an email saying its been sourced. They have sent me a dpd tracking link but dpd have not received the parcel. Not sure about this site and suspect fraud.

No customer service. N replies to emails.

Still haven’t received my item- 3 months after ordering. Ordered a pair of trainers on 6th December. Still waiting for them to come. No response from seller at all despite emailing many times and entering live chat. I’m surprised that some people have had responses- convinced these must be fake.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER AS THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS, LIVE CHAT. YOU ARE JUST HANDING OVER YOUR MONEY TO SCAMMERS FOR NOTHING IN RETURN.

Ordered an expensive clothing item for the first time through these guys. Before ordering they were very responsive on the live chat and have continued to be throughout the buying and delivery process. Ordered in the last week of the year so i was skeptical that it would arrive but sure enough it had arrived within a couple of days.

Dan from Prime Source worked hard to get the Nike Dunks I ordered early for my daughter and sent them via UPS with is few days of ordering. Good communication on their website and on text. Very helpful and I would use again.
Have seen some negative feedback on here that nearly put me off but glad I used them and would again. Thank you PS.

He’s word I would have my item by Xmas it got stolen so it needed to be replaced. It was for my son which was a belated birthday present because they took so long to get it to me. So I decided to give for Xmas now. He doesn’t respond to nothing at the beginning he did but now nothing. The company is going to be named and shamed. Nearly £600 I spent on a ps5 for not to even get it. I’ve contacted everyone I can and this business will go down. They have bad customer service. Do NOT believe anything they say. Ordered on 4th December and arrived today 15th December. Took abit of time to come but it was understandable that premium had a lot of orders to send. Gilet is top quality just might have to wait some time for your parcel. Maybe delay.👍🏼💯

Stay away! Absolute SCAM of a website. Zero communication after several attempts through email , Instagram , Facebook and live chat with zero response! Please don't be fooled by this shambles of a company like I was!!

I placed an order on the 25th of November, it is now the 11th of December and all I have is the order confirmation. It has been over 2 weeks now and I have had no response to any emails I have sent over asking where my order is. I am disgusted with the poor customer service, I will not be ordering from here again and a refund needs sorting ASAP for the goods I paid for weeks ago that still have no arrived. Awful.

Absolutely dreadful customer service, i ordered a jumper, when it came it was the incorrect size. I have emailed numerous times to return it and i am being completely ignored. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS.

This is a genuine seller and the Jordan 1 Mids are brand new authentic. Received my Zen Masters in November for an amazing price and just ordered the Gym Reds. Don't be sucked in by scammers on TikTok who claim to sell genuine trainers on live but take your money and run, Premium Source is the place I trust now.

Absoloutly the worst place i have ever spent my money, ordered my item over a month ago and still not arrived contacted them by both email snd suposedly live chat both ignored now having to open a dispute with visa to get my money back steer clear
