SatNav repair

I am aware that there have been some very negative reviews of this company but I need to report on the whole a very positive experience.
I sent in a SatNav for battery replacement. It has taken six weeks to complete but I must say that their communication has been very good. Any email I sent as to progress of the repair was instantly replied to. The sending and return of my item has been very efficient.
The SatNav is now working perfectly.
I hope that my positive experience might herald a better outcome for others using this company now or in the future. I would use them again but be aware that I might have a rather long wait. Having said that in fairness it is not unusual to wait for weeks for a spare part.

Don't use this shoddy company

Don't use this shoddy company. have had my cd player for 56 working days and according to the informtion i got after phoning today its still sitting on a shelf somewhere,they state 20 days for repairs don't get taken in by this.
Ive told them to return the item and refund the costs I just wonder how long this will take, AGAIN DON'T USE THIS COMPANY

You guessed it!!!

I am possibly the most recent victim of this so called company. I can only concurr with the other terrible reviews. Super long wait, absolutely no refund or acceptance of culpability so don't expect any!! The stock, regurgetated, generic reply is the only evidence you need to prove how little they care about customer complaints. Im unsure why they believe that their own company based problems should be laid at our door. Hope unlike myself and others, you read these reviews before considering this farce of a company!

My amp is being returned for me to seek another repairer totally untouched, just lay in a warehouse for months and cost £34.95 for the privilege.

Got my CDJ fader replaced and although…

Got my CDJ fader replaced and although it took longer than they originally estimated, they assured me it would be done. It has been done, and I’ve had it back a few weeks and it’s working great. Giving 5 stars due to the work done.

POOR COMMUNICATION / AWFUL SERVICE.

Sent my XDJ 700 for repair in April (6 months ago), since then I've contacted the company many times to say "it'll be done next week", at this point they didn't even have the part!
I've sent a dozen emails, all of which have been unanswered but then a message eventually to say the part would be here between last week July/first week of August.
It took then 4 months just to get the part to begin the repair - Update 12/9 - New part will now arrive at the start of October.
Item arrived to start the repair but then told it was the wrong part that had been sent, another 1 and 1/2 months go by and no updates to say when the part would arrive.
Original quote to fix a cracked screen on the XDJ 700 was £50 before sending it off to them, now I've been told it'll be £100.
If you need a quick repair, any communication or updates about your item, this "company" definately is not for you as it's still an ongoing issue.
Also reading your replies - which is funny as you can reply on here!? If you can't do the work, don't take their money, simple!

I needed my dj cd set repaired

I needed my dj cd set repaired, I agreed and paid the ‘repair inc shipping’fee and was promised a turnaround time of approx 10 days. I sent it back the following day, at the end of May , it was received 48 hours later. I then didn’t hear anything for weeks and weeks. I called numerous times and most times I was held as caller number 3 for around 30 minutes, at one time the same but held as caller 3 for 55 minutes. ( I have phographic evidence on the call data from my mobile) Each time I had to hang up. I always avoided lunchtimes. Eventually after 15 weeks at the end of August, I demanded the unit was returned. My request for a refund was refused. The unit is now back with me and damaged/bent casing and one cd player won’t recognise cds. Totally incompetent team . I’ve been ripped off for £90.00 and I intended getting a legal team involved to reclaim my costs and compensation.

Had console for 6 weeks, still no diagnosis. Avoid.

Premiumtechrepair (the new name of Gamer Tech Repair) did a great job fixing my Xbox back in 2022; so when my Wii U failed I wanted to use them again.

They received my Wii U on 18th July 2025 and it's still awaiting diagnosis. I sent a message on 30th July and 8th August but had no reply. I've now left another message on the 6 week anniversary of them receiving it.

I will ring them on Monday

The worst company I have dealt…

The worst company I have dealt with.

They held my decks for 3 MONTHS!!! With no communication or timescale for repairs, or even an apology!

Even after repeated contact my end.
I had to finally threaten further action and within a few days they said my item was ready to post...but no compensation...

This has hands down been the worse customer experience I've had. Costing me gigs, stress, money, time and now ultimately the very thing I wanted fixed in the first place.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Please read the reviews before using this company. They promise to fix and the they just hold your items. The £50 you pay is coincidently non-refundable. It is a scam! DO NOT USE!

Do not use this company

Wish I would have read these reviews before dropping off my equipment. I’ve had similar experience. Initially good communication suggesting they will review items to be fixed, I’m now 7 weeks in and being told it won’t be for another couple of weeks before they even look at it. Molly refused to provide a timeline, saying it was to difficult to but it wouldn’t be for a couple of weeks!!. If I could give a zero I would, I agree with everyone this appears to be a scam. I’ll be picking up equipment and going elsewhere.

Do not use this company

If id read the reviews on here I wouldn't of used them but I did and unfortunately the reviews are true . Very poor service company is good at giving you excuses but not resolving the problem. I sent my garmin satnav for a simple charge port repair 6 weeks later still got excuses saying that they are waiting on the part ..... Bull#@@t it's a charge port . Got no explanation if it will be any longer so had no choice but to wait . I got home tonight and opened my emails only to find that 3 hrs after my phone call the part had arrived and fitted and would be sent out back to me ......wow brilliant service NOT .....I have yet to receive it and test it but if it's not to my satisfaction I fear I wont get any help by complaining to them . So if you have thought about using this company I would stay away from them and do your research.

In response to your reply my reference is AJNAILRKA and I have still not received my satnav back . Your reason for the delay is not good enough , you should not take on the work if you have staffing issues and at the very least update your customers telling them theirs a delay .

Waste of money abd time

Sent my pioneer cdj to be analysed and hopefully repaired after paying the inspection fee of £35 fairly quickly, and after been told by them, there might be a 10 day delay,due to an engineer leaving,blah,blah, so after 2 weeks,rang them to see if any update,only to be told to ring back again in 2 weeks time ( making that nearly 4 weeks) so I asked them to just send my cdj back so I can go elsewhere..very very poor service.

IVery slow and poor communication, repair was otherwise satisfactory

I sent a CD player to them to get fixed on 11 June. Heard nothing back. My chasing email was ignored. Clearly they are just taking the repair fee and pocketing it, hoping that the amount is too small for people to pursue.

Their response is that they have a MINIMUM turnaround time for audio repairs of 20 days! They have since 13th of June when they received the equipment and today is 27th August. I note that they give no maximum time so it could be many years. If you don't have a technician and can't do the repair, inform the customer and return their goods and the payment to the customer so that they can go elsewhere.

I eventually got the piece of equipment back and it was fixed, but the 'customer experience' is poor to say the least, no communication and no updates.

DO NOT BOTHER

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

I have never written a review in my life, but this will go down as the worst customer experience I've ever had. After waiting on the phone for over an hour to speak with a Molly or Charlie about repairing my mixer (a very small channel short) they were quick to accept my payment and promise a timeline for 3 weeks.

It is now 10 weeks later and after weeks and weeks of empty promises I am waiting for my mixer to be returned, unfixed without a full refund. This could genuinely be a full on scam, I'll return with an update on the mixer - which I suspect will have even more damage.

Please do not bother with these people or this business.

We have operated for the last 15 years with integrity and up until recently held a 4.8 star TrustPilot score. This makes the recent reviews more difficult to read as it’s not a true reflection of what we are capable of.

There are number of factors at play here, but our biggest issue at present is technician staffing. We require a high technical skillset due to the nature of work we carry out and the value of the items we repair. Historically we can hire and train but our staffing issues have created a backlog that will not accommodate for this.

Unfortunately, we had a Senior technician leave which has significantly impacted our queue times.

Your order has been with us during this difficult period and our customer services team has tried to provide the best update with the information they have at the time. Our team are managing the best they can. Our turnaround time on audio equipment is normally estimated at a minimum of 20 working days but whilst we clear the backlog of orders we have surpassed this temporarily.

We are not a scam and refute the comments made surrounding this. We are not holding people’s items against their will, nor are we withholding money for a service not received. Customers can request their items back along with any refunds due at any time.

I sent my speaker to them about a month…

I sent my speaker to them about a month ago to get repaired and said there’s a back log and a technician has left so will take longer than usual, I’ve said I will just come collect it and not bothered about the £35 it cost me but I will come and grab it as I don’t want to wait any longer. I asked for the address, and got the same response “I don’t know if it will be in ready by Monday” and wouldn’t tell me the address to collect it so they are just scamming people it seems. Told I was going to get an email with the address which I’ve not received just finding anyway possible to not answer my questions.

This company is a sham with no intention of fixing your items
They have had my technics cd player now for over 3 half months and give excuses for not even looking at it nevermind repairing it for example we have moved buildings we have had people on the sick we have had a high influx of items to repair
So are they telling me that they have had so many items coming to get repaired that my cd player keeps getting pushed to the back of the cue
This company keeps giving BS answers for not repairing it
So I have asked for my cd player to be sent back as they have no intention of fixing it also I have asked for the delivery charge to be re-enbursed for not fixing it due to all lies but got we do not re-enburse the postage surely because they do not attempt to fix it i should be refunded in full
SO PLEASE PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE A SHAM AND CON ARTISTS AND HAVE NO INTENTION OF FIXING YOUR ITEMS premium tech repair
Now I am looking to go to a small claims court to get my money back even if it costs me more I don't care I am jyst sick of these sham companies conning people and want to make them pay expenses in court
