Mistakenly bought a sticker instead of a report for 35$ and when I asked if I could just pay the 10$ extra since the combo for the two cost $45 total but was told that it’s usually $35 each if bought separate but I would get it at an extra charge of only $17.50 of if I left a good review so that was very generous of them.

OMG, this company is running a promotion whereby if you do a good review, you get a free report. Hence all the reviews and good rating. People rating and reviewing without even seeing the report or using the product. How is this fair?

The company was great I made a mistake on my order and when I realized what I did they offered to give me a discount on my next report, which I ran the next day. The CS rep was amazing and they made it easy and hassle free.
