Adorable shoes, great quality and brilliant customer service!

The shoes arrived in poor quality. Prenta apologised and I was told I could exchange or return so opted for return.
They then accidentally refunded me the amount (minus fees which was annoying as it was their fault I needed to return). I was given until 10th September to return the shoes. I was sent countless emails chasing me to do this, I then returned the shoes on 21st August. On the same day I received a rude and threatening email, stating if I don’t return the shoes further action will be taken…

1) The shoes were poor quality hence me returning.
2) Prenta made the mistake of refunding me the money before reveiing the return.
3) Threatening emails should never be sent to customers.
4) You should only chase once the day given to return the shoes by has passed. Not 3-4 weeks before you asked for them to be returned by.

I bought 3 pairs of shoes for my little girl for her first steps, and I am very happy with my choice. The shoes are excellent quality, comfortable, and very well made—perfect for sensitive little feet.
You can really see the attention to detail and the high-quality materials used. My daughter feels great wearing them and walks with confidence.
I highly recommend this company to any parent looking for quality footwear for their little ones. 🤍🤍🤍

Absolutely beautiful shoes for toddlers! Beautifully made with such soft leather and very stylish too!

Stylish well designed kids shoes we recently purchased the Orion black suede & we love them. Customer service & delivery were excellent.

We have used Prenta since they launched, for both my toddlers - my youngest was just 4 months when she got her first pair.
They are of excellent quality, do not compromise style, just a delight of a shoe.
Customer support is fantastic and the whole team is great to deal with.

We have the Luna Red Shoe & Orion+ Black Suede Boot, and we love them! The Luna Red is so so cute and comfy, perfect for both special occasions and everyday wear. My little one wears them with everything, they are my fav shoe we own. The Orion+ boots are also super soft and tough enough for all the running around. The shoes are great quality and have a removable insole, so they can grow with your kids for extra wear! Definitely recommend if you want stylish, comfortable, and reliable shoes!

Such lovely shoes. I have purchased two pairs for my niece and she absolutely loves them. The only shoes she keeps on. They have some lovely colour ways to choose for little girls.

The best designs, colour ways , fit and most importantly quality. I really love the story behind this brand, and every time my daughter has her pair of shoes on she gets complimented. Would 100% recommend!

These are amazing shoes. My 2 year old has absolutely loved all his parents shoes since he was 1. They're very soft and comfortable for him. Definitely would recommend!
