Generally a good box. With just one meal I did not enjoy and some portions on the small side. But tasty and very convenient to have a few in the fridge.

Had 14 meals delivered with all of them out of date within next 3 days. I was told I should have frozen them. Awful customer service, it’s literally the point that these meals are good to go, why on earth should you have to freeze them? More to the point my previous three deliveries were not like this, if they’d admitted their error, I would probably still be subscribing. Food is pretty bland, but was convenient.

I think offering different amount of meals would be better, because sometimes in 2 weeks I don’t finish 14 meals. Being able to customise with a minimum amount would be better. If 14 isn’t already the minimum.

Pay for what you get I guess, I'd rather pay a tiny bit more and have significantly better quality and more consistent meals. The premium meals open arrive damaged either inedible due to being exposed and thawed by the time it's arrived or smashed up like the pizzas often were
