Of the USPS training packages I purchased Prepterminal's tests were the most difficult - which is a good thing! I stuck with it and was offered a job. I felt the Prepterminal's situational questions prepared me best to succeed.

I used PrepTerminal’s TSA Test Prep Course to get ready for the TSA Computer Based Test, and it was exactly what I needed. The practice questions were very similar to the real exam, and the explanations helped me understand where I went wrong. The structure of the course kept me focused, and I felt more confident walking into the test. I highly recommend this prep if you want to go in prepared instead of guessing.

Excellent study guide for TSA

The course is detailed and very educational. I was a able to secure a job after completing the course.

I used the prep material for the Predictive Index Cognitive test and it was excellent. I felt really prepared going in and was getting 35-40 on the practice exams. When the day came to take it for my future employer, it seemed easier than the prep material....got a 40.

The course itself was helpful in that it showed me what to expect to a certain extent; however, the real test includes a component that this course has not prepared me for. During the real test, a small pop-up window opens and gives you a question that you have to immediately answer, all during the test itself. Unfortunately, I was not prepared for that, and I missed a few of the questions that, in turn, made me fail the test.
It was still a good experience doing the course.
The price is a bit higher than I would have liked considering what it offers but still ok overall.

I recently took TSA CBT test and passed in the first attempt. While 2D-3D questions require prior practice, using prepterminal will help you think in the right direction. You won’t get exact questions you practice using online test prep. But it will help with your thought process in the actual test.

It was actually very informative, and was helpful. I wish they just had a few more lessons, a little bit more detailed and in depth ones at that. The practice questions were golden. I ended up passing down to taking their course

I say it is definitely worth it. Some of the sections were very hard. I wish I would have started studying a little earlier than I did so I wouldn't have felt as rushed. But I got through it! In fact, the study guide over prepared me. I was worried when I went for the test but the study guide was much harder than the test itself.

The course provided great insight into what was needed to pass the exam. The curriculum was very relevant and mirrored closely what was on the actual exam.

The prep test was most helpful in the 2d and 3d part. Being able to study this was so helpful in the fact that you knew how or what to expect on the test.

Honestly it was easy to understand and very knowledgeable the test and training help me with getting a high score.

Was one of the best ways I’ve studied. Spot on and helped me learn. Even though I didn’t get the job due to my typing skills. Was ready for the test knowing the information. Can use in the future if needed to inform a dispatcher on where I am and how to get there or what places are near by making it easier on them.

Kind of expensive is my only complaint but it was a great way to know what to expect when prepping for the TSA exam. I ended up passing but I haven’t heard from TSA. It’s been 2 months since I’ve taken the exam and don’t know if I’ll need this prep again after this or what to expect at this point.

I passed my TSA exam and it went by fairly quickly. PrepTerminal more than readies the individual for the occasion, highly recommend. 10/10! Keep doing the drills, it becomes second nature. It's challenging and fun.

I took the EB Jacobs LEAB course to prepare for the law enforcement exam, and it was one of the best decisions I made. The material was clear, well-organized, and directly aligned with what I saw on the actual test.
