The guys who delivered the frame were friendly and worked well.
The duo who put it together lacked common sense.

We're sorry that you felt this way, and would like to understand why the delivery team appeared to lack common sense. All our delivery team are trained on product assembly and conduct manual handling courses to ensure safety and efficiency in customer's properties. Please email james@prestigebeds.co.uk as I would appreciate more detailed feedback on the matter in order to help us improve. Regards, J Dunne, Operations Director.
