Immediately greeted by friendly staff . Only had a few pieces of gold jewellery to sell that had been in the cupboard but wasnt made to feel uncomfortable.

Fabulous service
A lady with the name beginning with I helped me with my sale.
First class service. She let me know as soon as she did the bank transfer.
I was a bit sad as item was just collecting dust.
I was happy with the amount I got. I was able to help quite a few people out and pay all my debts off.

I was curious to try Posh Pawn in Gracechurch Street, and took a ring to them just looking for an estimate. I was met by Rebecca, who was absolutely great, very knowledgeable, friendly and very open about my best options. She made some great observations that hadn’t occurred to me and I consider myself to be fairly clued up. She made me a very fair offer, and considering the options of selling the ring privately and the hassle that goes with that, it was easy to accept the offer and leave with cash in an envelope! I was in and out within 20 minutes! A great selling experience and I’d definitely recommend Rebecca & the company!

Weybridge branch excellent service
The Weybridge branch I visited today and sold some gold jewellery. The service was good and they even made me a cup of tea while they checked over the jewellery, offered a good price and paid straight away.
I will definitely recommend the service.

Amazing service, just sold a ladies watch in Richmond store, Sofia is absolutely fantastic, she explains the procedures in detail.

Very nice and helpful staff in Richmond shop. All process' were well handled and fast. This one only took a few days. All emails and whats apps i received were polite and clear.
