I made my first purchase with Prestige this week, never having bought livestock anywhere but an LFS.
I ordered an LPS mystery box on Sunday and shortly thereafter an email arrived, asking if I'd be available to take delivery the following Wednesday, which is today. I also received friendly replies to my somewhat paranoid messages, and the package arrived this morning at 11:45 a.m.
I'm very impressed with the security of the packaging, as well as the size and selection of the six corals. I was initially concerned that they would be tiny frags, but this was not the case. The package also included clear instructions on how to best introduce these corals to my tank.
Currently, they are in my blacked-out tank, and the next steps depend on whether I may have jumped into LPS too soon.
If, like I was, you've been lurking here and wondering whether to give Prestige a try, I would 100% recommend that you do. I will definitely do business with Ryan again.

I’ve been buying corals from Prestige Reef and I have always been impressed by the range, quality, care and advice. All the corals have arrived in perfect condition. I’ve had aquariums for decades but only marine for about 5 years. Even though my reef tank is currently very healthy I decided to have a consultation with Ryan. This was not a mistake.
Ryan is outstanding at providing excellent advice in a way that doesn’t make you feel stupid. He clearly cares and wants everyone to enjoy the hobby. The discussion seemed to go much quicker than the actual time that passed. Not only was it a fun experience I’m sure that my reeftank will be better for his advice….and cheaper to run. Had a consultation with Ryan about my tank and it problems. His skills and knowledge in marine tanks was second to none and he quickly identified the problem and how to fix it. Was really welcoming and easy to talk to made me feel at ease and rekindle the hope and love for my tank and the hobby!

I visited in person and Ryan, the owner, couldn't do anymore to help me. As a new reefer, corals are quite intimidating, but Ryan gave me some excellent advice. the facility is amazing, and being able to pick corals up and see them in person not only helped to give me confidence in my purchases, but also to look at my future purchases and start creating a wish list.

I had a consultation with Prestige Reef almost a year ago (think I was one of the first few, apologies for taking so long to write this), I can't recommend it enough. I had a rough plan, but had no salt water experience. Ryan took me through my plan, discussing the pros and cons, of each idea and suggesting ideas that I had missed or was unsure about.

I am happy to say that a few months ago I added water (sand and rock etc), a couple of little clowns flowed after QT and without jinxing myself everything is going well thanks in part to the advice received.

I have just ordered the first coral, of course from Prestige Reef. I was unsure on which GSP to choose, but a speedy response from Ryan to my email query and I was set to order.

I’ve tried all the coral retainers I can find in the UK and find that Prestige Reef is the one I’m happier using. Corals always live up to expectations, and package and delivery are spot on.
Also Ryan is a knowledgeable good guy always there to help, no matter how silly the question.

Had a one hour consultation with Ryan. It was definitely worth it. It was great to just talk things through to make sure I am on the right track. I now realise, following the chat, that my first marine tank is a starter tank and somewhere to learn. It certainly encouraged me to keep doing what I am doing and not to mess about with anything. Also to stop dosing when I have no idea what I am dosing with an all in one when I can’t measure what I am putting in.
It’s pretty daunting to start out with marine and often you don’t get a space to chat through what you have been doing and check you are doing things right.

I booked a consultation with Ryan, to help me sift through the ton of information I had found while researching, to set up my first-ever reef tank. He contacted me exceptionally quickly post-payment to find out more information about what I hoped to gain from the consultation. Ryan was so knowledgeable and helpful with sifting through the information and giving me a simple plan to follow when setting up my new tank. He is so full of helpful tips and guidance on what equipment is necessary and where I could save money. As well as answering the page and a half of questions I brought with me, he also provided me with additional information that I hadn't even thought to ask. I went into the consultation overwhelmed by information I had found during my research (full of contradictory advice) and came out of the consultation with a lot of clarity and excitement to set up my reef tank. I've used both sides of Ryan's services - after visiting the (incredible) farm and picking up my first corals (so good, my other half wasn't just tolerating me, but actively encouraging!) I then experienced a bunch of issues with how corals responded to my tank (absolutely not Ryan's fault, all me!).

So, booked a consultation. Having Ryan able to see corals he's intimately familiar with, and how they'd responded to my tank lead to a swift (and proven!) root cause. Action plan created, and a mere six weeks later my tank is looking better than ever - and most importantly not only is my improved testing regime showing good numbers consistently - but the tester coral I've placed is getting better by the day. A 180 from my previous attempt.

So, soon I'll be back at the farm to restock with increased confidence in my abilities. I'll also carry on with semi-regular check in consultations with Ryan, as it's not just about saving money through his experience - it's about saving my time but most importantly providing the very best habitat for all the inhabitants of my fledgling reef.

I have bought a wide range of corals from Prestige Reef over the past 2 years and have always been impressed with the quality and health of them. On top of this Ryan is a great guy as he is always happy to help and has a wide range of experience across the breadth of the hobby.

I would highly recommend a consultation session with Prestige Reef. Ryan is minefield of knowledge and it’s great to speak to someone who is not trying to sell a product or preach theories that are 20 years out of date! I am someone who has kept saltwater fish for almost a decade with varying degrees of success and I was taken aback by how much I still didn’t know about the hobby after our consultation! I have so many notes of great impartial advice from Ryan, given in a friendly non-judgemental way.

The sessions are tailored to your own topics or issues you wish to talk about. I’d recommend him for beginners or experienced reef keepers alike! It helps he is also a thoroughly nice guy you just really enjoy chatting to, so the hour flies past!

Not only great corals at a great price with excellent customer service. The consultations are such an excellent resource to have available. Getting expert help with your specific problems and needs can't be replicated by forums or other means. My session with Ryan covered a ton of stuff that hadn't occurred to me and my tank is the better for it. If there are problems in your tank this is by far the best place to start rather than dumping money into additives or equipment. It'll probably end up paying for itself immediately.

Great place to buy corals, best quality corals with no pests, I’ve probably dipped 30 corals from here and nothing fallen off. Pricing is very good too, always positively surprised with the size vs what’s advertised and the aftercare is flawless too. Would recommend for anyone who’s serious about collecting corals - only place I buy from!
