I ordered a garden storage box with this company for £99, but they didn't send anything. They don't answer emails sent to their support address and don't answer the phone number given which I also left a message on. When I search on their website to track my order it says my order number (given by them at purchase) does not exist!
Now trying to claim back from my credit card

PAID for keter shed £570, with credit cards it getting chased by bank now.
Sites has an email that isn't correct and uk mobile number that they don't answer goes straight to voicemail please avoid
Really pleased with my purchase. The storage unit is sturdy and exactly as described. Delivery was within the estimated window and everything arrived in good condition. Smooth process and good value for money.
Product is okay and matches the description, but I expected slightly better build quality. Delivery took a bit longer than I hoped, although customer service did respond when I asked for updates.
The shed arrived within the expected timeframe and the delivery process was smooth. The quality is decent for the price, but the assembly instructions could be clearer. Overall, it does the job but could be improved in a few areas.

Good quality shed and easy to assemble with a bit of patience. Delivery updates were a bit limited, but the item arrived safely and on time in the end.
