Excellent customer service
I ordered two sets of Lord & Lady titles for our son & daughter and their spouses as extra Christmas presents but, unfortunately, they didn’t arrive within the expected timeframe. I contacted Prestige Titles customer service services by email who replied immediately and arranged for replacement documents to be sent out by next day delivery with Royal Mail. As promised the envelope arrived the next day so they kept their word. Excellent service, very polite and ensured that I am happy with their actions. The titles are well worth what I paid and I will definitely use Prestige Titles again for this kind of purchase in the future and I very happily thoroughly recommend them.

What a wonderful wee business to deal with ,I had placed an order then was told the name li had given then wasn’t correct, I sent an email and got a reply very quickly that they had amended it for me ! No fuss no bother,! This is the 2nd time I’ve used this company, it’s a nice quirky gift, and not expensive, the certificate comes well packaged, with all the information you need if you want to change your title on driving licence etc.. well done prestige titles, I will always recommend you to friends

I have a question regarding the titles…
I have a question regarding the titles in the state of Texas? Can you use the documents to update your license and cards, passport to your new title? My spouse is a nut when it comes to titles and such! He can recite lineages from almost all the European countries! I would love to be able to get him a title he could use! Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!!!

Please don't waste you're money
I bought a Lord title from here, it ain't worth the paper it's written on. Firstly DVLA returned it and said only hereditary titles and titles bestowed upon you can be used. So I tried my 3 bank accounts, again all came back with the same reply. These CANNOT be used for licence change and bank account change. So save your money, they're not worth anything! Seems the government are cracking down on these companies.

Excellent customer service on lost…
Excellent customer service on lost package sent to the USA. They offered to send new package at no cost. Fortunately the package was located B4 that was needed (US postal service delivered to a neighbour 🙄). My brother will surely be surprised at his proper title for a Christmas gift.

Have messaged this company on every platform possible and had NO response whatsoever. Order was supposedly shipped ages ago but have had no tracking!!! Don’t even know how to claim refund on a gift that was so needed!

Your first email unfortunately landed in our spam folder, but your second message, sent outside of working hours, was replied to promptly the very next morning. The same applies to your Instagram message, which was also replied to within 7 hours the following morning.
Our team shared the tracking number with you via email and, despite receiving delivery confirmation from Royal Mail, we offered to send a free replacement entirely out of pocket to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
We always strive to provide excellent service and genuinely hope we’ve done everything possible to assist you. While we understand your disappointment, we feel a 1-star review is extremely harsh given the efforts made to help with an issue outside of our control.

A great gift for the man who has everything. I made an error and they were so great and quick at sorting everything out for me.
Everything was so easy to do on line and there were a few options I could have chosen on how the certificates were received.
I will definitely use this company at Christmas as now my Sons want Lord titles as well!
