Amazing from start to finish. Ryan came round for an initial consultation and measured the area to give us a rough price. After receiving a few quotes we decided to go ahead with Pretlove due to the amount of great reviews they have received and we were not disappointed! Ryan came back and measured up again, giving us an estimate of when our shutters would arrive. They arrived when estimated and the fitting was booked in quickly, at a time that suited us. Once fitted, Morgan gave us tips on how to use/clean them and we received a call back he same day to ensure we were happy with everything. They look absolutely amazing, definitely worth the money. Customer service was 10/10 throughout the whole process, I really can’t fault the Pretlove team. Thank you so much.

I’ve used Pretlove Blinds 3 times now for new blinds and shutters. Ryan provided a professional service with a no nonsense quote that I knew I could trust. I love the look of both the blinds and shutters and would highly recommend them to anyone else.

I reached out to Ryan to get a quote for some shutter blinds and he was lovely. Really helpful, explained all the options available to us, price ranges and how the blinds work. He had samples with him so we could get a good idea of what would look good in the space we wanted. As the blinds are made to order, it is a little wait for the blinds but Ryan kept me up to date with the order progress and as soon as the blinds arrived, he was straight in touch to arrange an installation date, and we didn't have to wait ages, it was all done in 3 days!

Morgan was the lovely man who came along and installed the shutters, and he did a fantastic job. He tidied up after himself, didn't leave any boxes with us which was great and once finished he took us through how to use the shutters and advice on allowing the frames to settle down. Overall I am extremely happy with the shutter blinds, they look amazing and really finish off our home. The price was really reasonable too for custom made shutter blinds. Highly recommend the team at Pretlove's Blinds!
