They sent be the wrong outfit and 2…

They sent be the wrong outfit and 2 sizes smaller than I ordered. For me to return it for a full refund I would’ve had to pay for shipping for THEIR MISTAKE! For the last 7 weeks I have been getting the run around to get 70% if the money back on the outfit I never got and they didn’t replace. Now for weeks they are saying their system is down. But I’m sure they can take your money for purchases. So buyer be wear that they send what they have in any size and say it’s close and if you don’t want it pay to send it back and give you the run around so you will give up and they keep your money and you will have useless clothing….. very sneaky I don’t like this at all and I order on all different websites online and I have never had this problem.

I ordered 3 blouses and a sweat suit

I ordered 3 blouses and a sweat suit. I sure wish I had looked here first!
I ordered size small button up blouses. The size chart said 38.5” bust, which was going to be a bit loose as I’m 35.5”. But I’m okay with relaxed fit.
The blouses actually measure 45” in the bust. They are a tent on me.
The sweat suit was the same issue.
Upon emailing for a return I was asked to send pictured of the tops laying flat with a tape measure on them. So I did. They replied with a $10 credit offer to keep as that would be easier. What? I don’t think so. Easy for who?
Yes. This is a rip off. Will never order again. They need to be reported to Facebook for scamming people.
Just honor your guarantee people. That is what is honest, simple and easiest for everyone, including the seller.

I ordered a linen suit and would rate them minus 1 star (if i could). The item that arrived did not match the description, I emailed photos and asked for a return address (the company allows returns within 14 days). The customer service refuses to provide return address. I would not purchase anything again, misleading photos and quality of garments.

I wouldn’t rate even a 1 star. Ordered 2 dresses. It took several weeks to get. They were not what was advertised. Wrong color blue. Very poorly made. I asked for a refund. I finally agreed to 1/2. It’s been 3 months. Still no refund.

Scam company

I placed an order in March - never shipped I reached out and was continuously told it would be coming - now for the past 30 days I have been fighting for a refund to get continuous messages stating either the process is just slow or offering me a coupon - this company stole my money and intentionally is being deceitful - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE

Horrible

Fail! I bought a shirt and they took forever to send the product which turned out to be an entirely different shirt. Wrong color, wrong style and wrong fabric. The only thing they got right was the size. They offered me a 10% and then a 20% refund which I’ve rejected. I want a full refund. Buyer beware!!!

Horrible company

Horrible company to deal with, horrible quality. Took forever to receive half my order, (2 months)then sent the rest but it was not what I ordered. Ask to return and refund they offered me $6 USD for a $44 mistake!! Not acceptable ! Don’t ever order from them!

False advertising, atrocious customer service

I would give zero stars, if I could - I ordered from pretood.com a top that was advertised as cotton (have screen shot of product detail page to prove it). I received the shirt in a different color than ordered, and it's 100% polyester, very poor quality. I reached out to return it and ask for a refund. The experience was laughable, first they offered me no refund, then 10%, then 20%, etc up to 80% and wanted the shirt sent back to China. I asked for a prepaid shipping label, which I never received, they expected me to pay for international shipping. In the end, PayPal was kind enough to give me a credit. DO NOT order from this website, the company name is actually RuiMing Fashion, the URL is www. pretood. com - WATCH OUT!
