Really delighted with the service as my product which was a made to order type arrived earlier than expected. Very swift service.

Its has take over 80 days from i payed to the shoes came! Its very bad!

Waste of money.very disappointed with my purchase.I send them pictures of how bad they worked my trainers (very bad glued and lot of mistakes on them).they still not answering.Stay away!!

I ordered shoes for a birthday gift and I was really satisfied. When they arrived I order also a pair for myself because the shoes were amazing! I also had a great experience with the costumer service. They were really polite and replied fast! The fullfillment and shipping depends from order to order, but the products are amazing so the fullfillment and shipping time is more than acceptable. Can´t wait to get my second order!

I found the team at Prettyie to be excellent, they communicate really well and are very helpful. Most importantly the Jordan’s were amazing and my daughter was over the moon 🌝

Update- finally I have update from the company and they have been very apologetic about everything and have sent my order promptly. Companies who admit mistakes and take on board things really should be given a second chance.

Ordered socks beginning of June have emailed for any update as have previously ordered and received them within a week. Have messaged on Instagram, multiple emails and not even a response to say yes we’ve received order and it’ll be expected in blah blah days or acknowledgment of contact. Will not buy again which is disappointing.

Not a great experience so far. I have put through an order of $400 on the 28th April and I am still waiting for them to be shipped. I have sent them a few emails, one was replied that the order would be sent and others no response so far and no shipping info. Very disappointing as I work in retail myself and all I wanted was a reply and solution.

This is just sad! I have heard so much Good things about prettyie so i bough shoes from them. The order went trough and i have been waiting for a shippment. I ordered my shoes on April 18 and i have not recieved anything yet. I have sent them 2 mails but never got an answer. When i log into my account on prettyie it says that my order is awaiting fulfillment. I want my money back.

Ordered the butterfly Air Force ones for my upcoming wedding! However, I didn’t see the 40 day production notice. Only the 3-5 day shipping. I was two weeks before my wedding, so I was freaking out. I emailed but didn’t get a response. So, finally I was able to get ahold of someone through instagram, they told me that they would ship out that next Monday and be here before the end of the week! & they were right! Thank you so much for all of your help, and my shoes look beautiful. Can’t wait to wear them as my something blue 🦋🦋🦋

I’ve ordered two pairs of shoes from Prettyie and they’re both so pretty, but I received the wrong sizes both times! I bought the local heroes Jordan’s in size 5.5 UK but I received a 6. By happy accident, the size 6 fit well and I didn’t actually realise it was the wrong size for a while! But I also didn’t receive the charms with the shoes and I emailed but I never heard back so I was a bit disappointed. However I have worn the shoes a lot and get lots of compliments! For my second pair, I got butterfly Air Forces in size 5.5. I waited longer than the 40 days and finally emailed to enquire and the customer service was very good and I was given an update on my order so I felt confident they would’ve arrive. I was asked whether I’d prefer to wait a bit longer for the size I ordered, or if I wanted size 5 instead so I could receive them sooner, and I responded saying I would prefer to wait for 5.5, but I received the 5 anyway. I’m sure this was just a misunderstanding but I was disappointed since they’re not the most comfortable for me. I was caught up with uni and felt too awkward to ask about it two weeks after I received them. I probably should’ve followed it up since I’m not really wearing the shoes much now but that’s my bad! I probably would buy again though the designs are really nice and so is the customer service :)

Beautiful shoes, looks like the picture on their website. But it took about 2 months for them to come… and they come in the wrong size. But they are easy to communicate whit on Insta. And they were very sweet,and helpful, they said that they could switch them if I wanted to.
So overall, BEAUTIFUL SHOES, slow delivery

Great service, excellent delivery and perfect product only downfall is the paint cracks but it’s hardly noticeable. Will be ordering again.
