Pretty Knits Wool Shop Avis 

Wanted to buy some wool for a current crochet project. The website was easy to navigate with good prices. It was easy to place the order and to have the option to select which delivery service was also great. Delivery arrived quicker than expected and very happy with service.

What a great shop! Full of all types of yarn (I like acrylics because they are so washable) and all the bits and bobs needed, from patterns to buttons to hooks and needles. Even better, they have embroidery supplies, which saves me a trip to Newcastle. Best of all, they take in laundry, so I have a good excuse to keep going back! Oh - I nearly forgot - they are next to a pâtisserie so your entire day is just heaven!

Finding you were discontinuing a range of yarn at a discount price was great. Wish I'd found you earlier when the quantity available and range of shades would have been greater and enough to enable free post. The yarn arrived quickly and is now tucked away as it will be a present 5th May.

Unfortunately the delivery company never delivered my purchase but the owner kept trying to find out what had happened to my parcel. She refunded my money and said if it did ever turn up to keep it.
