Scam company. The box was beat to hell and I requested a shipping label to send it back and the keep refusing and offered my $11 for a $50+ order that was damaged. I paid for expedited shipping and the product showed up about 2 months after purchase and multiple requests to cancel the order because it wasn't here by father's day. Don't waste your time or money on these scammers.

The hat was crushed beyond normal shape, tried numerous ways to restore correct shape, no luck!

As you know, when you purchase something on Facebook there's a good chance you'll lose your money. Not only did I not lose my money, I gained a favorite garden decoration. It took about 6 weeks to get here, but it did arrive. It's perfect. I love it so much!

Communication and delivery were fine. My problem was I expected these to be much larger than they are.From your videos on Facebook, the Venus flytraps look much bigger. I would have preferred bigger. They are made well, just too small.

Product Came in good time considering the distance it traveled. And for the money I spent it was a good deal. however the advertising was a little misleading it appeared much larger in the Facebook add, and also appeared to have moving parts (I assumed wind driven). Also somehow in the ordering process I got 2 units which is fine, but it must have been an easy to make mistake! But mostly happy with the product

shipping from overseas takes too long , description is accurate nut picture by door is misleading. 0verall nice little addition to small garden.

Product was just as advertised. Good quality. Shipping took a while, but tracking information was really helpful.

I love the carnivorous garden stake it is packaged well and I’ve now purchased two more of them for gifts as I’ve had so many comments on mine.

Purchase and delivery of the product were equally satisfactory... And the product is awesome... highly approved...

Very small pictures are 5 times better than the product.

Price into Candian dollars had my sale price, with delivering at over $75. Delivery time was reasonable. But size is 50% smaller than I expected. Only painted 3 colour's and the advertising whole structure is more flexible and not so cheap looking. I wouldn't recommend buying this item to my friends.

email response time regarding overcharge was great. buuuut - not sure why it happened in the first place :0

Not an overall bad experience, but there was some bending of the product due to it not being shipped in a sturdy enough box. I was able to straighten out the bends in my own.

When I saw this venus fly trap garden art on the website they made it look like it was about 4 foot tall in the pictures. It was only about 2 foot tall. I was disappointed since I had to wait a month to get it. They don't tell you its coming from China.

Okay, it was take my money as soon as I saw your product. But I read the reviews because I have gotten things I ordered that didn't look anything like what was advertised. The one thing I noticed that some mentioned it wasn't as large as pictured. But then I thought i might like that better. So I ordered. It is smaller than what was pictured but I LOVE IT. Tho I would like a larger one too. I did see a picture with the actual size stated. So these little guys are by my fireplace looking really cute.

Billing problem handled quickly n product arrived somewhat timely. Didn’t realize they started in Ireland
