Very bad experience. I picked up a product which on the packaging it had marked Special offer for $9.99, when I went to the counter ( punjabi girl serving) charged me $ 13.95, I said it says $9.99, she started arguing with me & not ready to listen. I needed the product for dinner that night so I bought it but it’s cheating, you can’t ripped off your regular customers. Not going there back again. Management plz look into this matter🥲
Great customer service

Groceries delivered by the female checkout employee at home. Same day delivery. Thank you!
I was so excited to find my products on line as I can’t buy this locally. Arrived in great condition and quickly. They were very helpful in any questions I had. Highly recommend.
Ordered groceries online. The communication & response after the order was good. The groceries were delivered on the day specified. Also received prompt refund as two items ordered were out of stock. Delivery fees of $10 is also reasonable. Will order again.
Purchased 2 x 500gram tins of Bolst's curry powder. Best price and fast shipping. Will definitely buy from Pride of Punjab again
Proactive response from the seller after the initial misunderstanding.
Shipment was fast and packaging was good. Only trouble was that the item wasn’t whaat I ordered, which was resolved by the seller post our contact.

Excellent communication and very reasonable prices, I'll definitely be ordering from this store again.
I was very impressed with the speediness of the completion of my order, and being able to order curry powder that I have not been able to procure recently in North Queensland.

Well putting a comment like "Too Expensive" is not even a feedback on our quality of service. If you feel something is expensive for you, you can always opt to other places. We would disagree to this unfair review. Hoping you to update this or take off the review. Thanks
Excellent and fast service . Excellent customer service
The delivery was very quick, the stock availability is good. Was quite impressed with their servcie
Exceptional customer service.
Staff member called to confirm the items I had ordered online and my items were delivered straight to the door a few hours later. Highly recommended! :)
Dropped the most important items from the order without any notification, caused havoc with hours left for lockdown, very disappointing experience!
