Greg from sales started sending me unsolicited upsells to try and get me to buy more products. Declined and asked for them to stop. A short time later Greg decided to send me another unsolicited sales text with discount and link. Unprofessional and a liar. In the process of canceling my order from this company. I dont believe this is a good company by the liars it employs. No means no, Greg. You gonna learn today.

So they replied ... please reach out. I did before leaving the review. They were completely useless and they even sent a screenshot contesting my claim that I did not subscribe. If it was a true screenshot why would they store it unless they know what they are doing, BTW the product has had ZERO effect

The Primal team jumped into action quickly when I couldn't find my package. After they investigated the delivery with pictures dates etc I was able to locate where they placed it to avoid it being taken.

Avoid, they trick you into a subscription and do not refund anything. 90 day supply and they charge your next order within 30 days of your original purchase. I never signed up for a subscription and they wont refund me even though my account says no current subscriptions active. They are a scam and fake. Also submitted a report with the FTC
Update they did refund me for the the order and the "subscription"

I have been charged an order that I did not place. My account shows that I have no open subscriptions. However, this company has decided to send me a previous order in addition to further acquisitions that were not ordered. And charged me even though I did not ask for such. I did not have a subscription and my account shows that. It was a one time order for half of what they’re showing. I have sent an email asking for help with this, the site says I’ll be receiving a response within six hours. That did not happen so I sent another email and it still has not been responded to. Clearly, this is a scam and will be reporting to such as fraud. I will say, in the beginning this company seemed to be extremely genuine and upfront and downright personable, however, I have now the need to change that thought. Do not buy from this company any further. I have submitted fraudulent charges to my card. So disappointing, not even a response.
