Unhappy with their operations
1st order took almost a month to get. So i submitted a review because i was unhappy. I made a 1 time purchase no membership/subscription. Was offered a partial refund to remove my bad review so I did and I finally received my order. To my surprise today I’m charged again like I have a subscription. I tried to cancel on their website. It tells me my email is invalid. So I emailed primal-storm to get this matter corrected. We’ll see how long this takes. TAKE HEED.

Well, Im back again and they have reached new lows. This is an update to my review in June. I have now been charged 4 times for product that has never been delivered. The company will not cancel the subscription despite multiple requests to do so. This company is a scam, do not trust them. Purchase at your own risk.

I want to leave honest review for the product and the company and sorry for the lengthy post, but I must share my experience. I saw the adds and passed up on it soany times thinking it was a scam or just powdered crushed junk. I started comparing Primal Storm to similar products online and at the stores. What got me really looking at Primal Storm was the ingredients and the amounts in each serving compared to the other products. I started researching the amounts needed as claimed in the ads, like I said I truly thought it was a scam. After my own research I was actually surprised Primal Storm claims were on par with the science and the way the products survive in the stomach. I discussed it with my wife and we decided to try it.
I finally got my first shipment and truly appreciated the descreet packaging, to the point I didn't realize what it was. Did I mention I am a diabetic. That in itself was a concerning factor as well. Looking at the all natural ingredients I felt it would help with the meds I take as well (slow absorbing) could only benefit. I started taking it and after a week I started feeling more energy. I found myself improving in the gym, increasing sets and weight, going longer on the treadmill. I noticed, along with my wife, my libdo was increasing. She was saying things like where did that come from, what has gotten into you.....and she was not complaining.
Back to the diabetic part, well for me anyway, but definitely talk to your doctor before taking anything outside regular meds, I have had lower A1c level than I have had in years......not sure if that's a side effect or just overall extra energy from Primal Storm to do more.
I saw reviews about the terrible customer service and yes I was getting more bottles than I can take and having huge stock piles. I reached out to Primal Storm Customer service and got a response with a few hours. They were super friendly, supportive, understanding and took care of my issue right away, which was stopping the subscription to a certain date so I can use up the supply I have. One thing though.....still have not added the three inches in size, but have since lost a pant size.....lol
I am here to say I am a loyal customer and will remain a loyal customer. Thank you Primal Storm and my wife thanks you. Like all things proper diet helps as well, but sometimes we need that extra push and Primal Storm delivers that and more. Highly recommend. And if you have a problem reach out to them.

Ordered this 3 months ago and never received my order let alone anything, they changed me twice and I just got an email saying my 3rd order was on the way, ive sent them several emails including replying to ones they sent me about my order coming up, but I never got a response to any of my emails directly and never got answers, id say this whole thing is a China scam but who knows, do youseld a favor and just get it from amazon or just get mars men
