I have had overall a good experience with Primal Herbs Volume. My body responds as expected when needed and it feels no different from when I was in my twenties. I have been using this "Volume" gel for about 1 year. The results have been mostly good for firmer erections. I had to trial and error on how much to use. Looks like 1.5 teaspoons. If I had to ask for an improvement, serve it in a gel pack instead of a can.
