Alle schoenen lopen zoveel fijner met deze zooltjes, en ook heerlijk warm. En helemaal recyclebaar. En snel geleverd zonder gedoe. Daarom vijf sterren.

I did not receive a confirmation email, i asked costumer service but i did not get an answer. So i thought the order did not work and i made another order, because i really like the idea of a natural sole. After 1,5 weeks i got a reply, and then i found out i ordered double. However it was not possible to cancel the 2nd order. I´m still waiting for it (for 4 weeks already?) to send it back, so i can get my money back. The product itself does not have a high enough arch for my feet.

I loved the simplistic packaging that is all recyclable! And the souls are very comfy to wear at work when I’m walking around for almost 8 hours a day. And I feel comforted that the soles are made of recycled materials instead more plastic and synthetic fabric <3

I bought primalsoles for my new pair of Merrill hiking boots (same style as my previous pair so I know how they feel). Primalsoles don't have the same heel cup shape or thickness as what came with the boots, and my boots didn't fit the same way.
Your customer service suggested "trimming them".

Super zooltjes. Ik had zo’n last van mijn voeten en knieën na een wandeling. Zelfs een korte wandeling. Ze nemen goed vocht op en zijn comfortabel. Ik vind het ook heel belangrijk dat ik mee help aan een beter milieu. Zoveel beter dan die zooltjes met o.a gel. Een echte aanrader. Ze zijn niet heel goedkoop, maar het zo waard! Ik ga ze zeker weer kopen en heb ze ook cadeau gedaan. Zo’n apart en goed cadeau.

They will not allow you to return a product, even if it is unused and within the return window. You have to email them for approval and they will disapprove. Be warned.
