While Reddit can be a good source of information, its moderation system is completely broken. The site relies heavily on automated "auto-moderators" to flag posts. These bots are highly buggy and constantly take down posts for using "bad words" even when no such words exist. When you try to politely point out the software glitch to the human mod team, they react with extreme hostility, screaming in all-capital letters and refusing to admit their code has flaws. Many other users have experienced this exact same issue. Reddit's refusal to fix its broken bots and its toxic mod culture make it a deeply frustrating platform.
This all started in October 2025. The all cap's has been changed by riddet or the moderator and is no longer in all capital. It must be nice to cover your tracks.
