The customer service at Prima Vini is superb. When my online order didn’t arrive, I called and it took less than 30 minutes to figure out what had happened and have the wine shipped to me the same day. It’s wonderful to talk to knowledgeable people without the hassle of a messaging system. This is one of only three wine merchants that I deal with.
