They handled the issue in a professional manner as I had an issue with my boiler as I had no hot water coming out. Thankfully primefix sent over Aurel who had a very friendly attitude and presented great communication. I’m really pleased with their service as they resolved the issue and now I have hot water.
I had a leak in my property as I noticed the water bill was higher than usual without using much water. I called prime fix group and explained the issue which they responded very quickly to and sent over one of their engineers, Ben. He showed a high level of knowledge of the situation and resolved the issue to the best of his abilities. I’m very pleased with the outcome and the service that was provided and I would highly recommend them to friends and family.
Prime fix group was very quick with the response time, they were in my property within the hour and they managed to quickly find the leak and resolve it
