I had a few needs regarding installing libraries or being able to access the terminal or updates that failed. Each time I created a ticket and customer support always replied fast and offered quality help. Keep at it!
The people working with this project are very talented and kind, even when I was careless, they helped me to understand my mistakes
Really easy and intuitive setup, you have full controll of your VPS, easy items managements, setup and console management that others VPS don't offer.
FREE AI agents providers better then openrouter or ollama's.
And the support on discord is really helpfull and tickets are answered up to 24h.

I never got the whatsapp thing to work, i followed their tutorial, it didnt work, they expect me to troubleshoot their product using chatgpt. I feel like was basically scammed out of 10 dollars.

Setting up OpenClaw can be technically challenging, and we completely understand the frustration when things don't click right away. That said, our team did our best to support you every step of the way — including putting together a tutorial specifically for your setup and personally fixing your instance when issues came up.
We also suggested switching you over to the Hermes agent, which offers a much smoother experience for most users, and we're still happy to help you get that working if you'd like to give it a shot.
