SCAM SCAM SCAM! Will take your money and cut your subscription off early. Did a trial run and purchased 1 month back in April. Good communication getting set up and service was good. Some minor buffering during prime time hours. After my 1 month subscription, decided to extend subscription to 1 year beginning May. Noticed subscription expiration date on my parameters showed an expiration date of August, only 3 months. I contacted customer service to advise and they stated they would update it. Well….its now August and no service! Tried contacting customer service and crickets. No response whatsoever. I have all the receipts and confirmations to prove I paid for 1 year, yet, I’m without any service after only 3 months! I’ll be reporting these pirates to the necessary authorities.

The start-up was a little rocky took a bit to get things resolved. Once resolved, the service has been great. The response time for any questions has been almost immediate. I would recommend the service

Updating this after 1 week: I think I’ve been scammed, they promised 12 months of ibo pro player for free which I asked about 4-5 times and didn’t get a response. Now there’s been “server maintenance” for the last 4 days and was supposed to be restored by now but no response to messages. Beware as they’re very responsive during the trial phase.

I will amend this review if this is sorted out, I’ve signed up for 12 months. It’s a great product and I hope this works out, but my last 4 messages over the last few days haven’t been responded to.

Previous feedback during trial period: Great service, very happy with their customer support as well which is very responsive and helpful.

Left a positive review last week but a week is a long time. Had a problem with a line and now totally ignoring me. No answer to multiple messages sent so will now be looking for a new service. Shame as I bought a few lines from them for friends and family. Will expect all of them to go down at some point now😟

Great service, New content is always there and there are more channels than I could dream of, really fast support. It offers a free trail so you can see how good it is before committing but I'm sure you will when you see how well it works.

Every evening the service used to stop. I would get communication quickly up until the issue started then nothing. This was over a week of me reporting the issue to get short curt responses that everything was fine. It wasn't until I put up a review here that the problem got fixed. Now it's fixed I'm getting constant emails to remove the poor review. The service works fine now but I am not happy with the level of service and the lost time that I have been paying for. No offer of compensation or making up for lack of service. As with many things, works fine until it doesn't, then good luck to you.

Been using this for 3 months without any issues loads of films to watch and series all the sports and ppv events, just renewed for another 3 months, not sure why some people are saying it’s a scam has it’s worked great for me and I’m in the uk, customer service can be a little slow getting back to you that’s probably the only negative I can say,

I bought a subscription for two devices for three months and paid the fee as per their email. I sent emails and WhatsApp letting them know with copies of all transactions. This was many days ago with no reply and no service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are a scam!!! Now I have to go through my credit card company to try to get my money back!

Horrible.
Would not recommend.
1. Tried to overcharge me on renewal because Champions League final was on.
2. Constant buffering. Literally couldnt use the service for a couple of days.
3. Rude unhelpful customer service. Not interested in helping once paid.

I just went elsewhere and Im happy.

This guy is a scammer. We bought a plan and he then suspended our account and just blocked us without any reason

I'm liking your service and haven't had any issues, except that internet services are trying to block all on any service. I did notice one thing on firesticks every time they do update something goes wrong with apps on firestick, like they mess with our modem settings.

I have 4 nvidia shields for 2 people ,I wanted a 2 device stream that uses the same user & password on all tvs, so I was assured "PrimeLiveStreaming.com" provided that only to find out later through their help that each device would need a seperate logins 2 device account = 2 user & passwords, I just have to live with it for 6 months, the help process was fast & the streams are good, many channels available & epg is satisfactory

This is a scam service. Don’t buy from them. I bought a 6 month plan and never received a text or email from them. They just scammed us

Fast service.. Friendly and courteous. Some one was there mostly 24 hours a day. Never have to wait. Very good dependable service. Great price Five stars for sure.

Worked for 2 weeks and then server address doesn’t work. 8 days now and they just ignore you. Stay away! Scammers, and now I want a refund that I’m sure I won’t get.

SCAM STAY AWAY?!!!!!! Fake 5 star reviews from site owner.
They turn your service on until payment clears then shut it off. They do not respond to emails. You are warned THIS SITE IS A SCAM!

For anyone our there that was scammed like me all you have to do is contact your credit/debit card provider and start a payment dispute. Tell them you paid for a service that was not provided. They will IMMEDIATELY charge them back until the case is closed. The bank will also report it to MasterCard/Visa/American Express/Discover and once they get a few disputes they freeze their account. (Happened about a month and a half ago. Have the email they sent to prove it.
