2 guys came out to install the cameras (Henrique & Jason) they came on time asked where we would like the cameras to go gave us good advise. They were tidy and clean up when they finished also explained how to use the cameras. Definitely would recommend this company also a good price.

EXCELLENT SUPPORT AND SERVICE
I have had my CCTV system fitted to my house for a good number of years and the service has been nothing short of excellent from the it technical support over the phone with Dan who has sorted a few issues out over the phone to the engineers that call out and do repairs, Dan was calm and professional when I was stressed about issues with my CCTV but I soon felt at ease with Dan and he had been able to rectify every issue that has arisen with my CCTV system and due to the excellent service and support I have received over the years I wouldn't hesitate to recommend prime security to all friends and family and anyone else who wants CCTV installers .

From problems to resolved with a smile 😀
Prime security fitted my residential CCTV system over 8 yrs ago however I had become frustrated with a few issues so I initially phoned Reception/admin to discuss when my system installed & to clarify my £4.95 monthly payment ? I spoke to a lady named Catherina who was lovely and helped with my enquiries and also emailed me my initial quotes and jobs id had done. As I have few technical issues she forwarded my contact details to the I T support dept & I just had to wait for call back which was within the hour. So big A++ for customer service.
Call back from Dylan @ I T support who was lovely & supportive. My cctv system was running wrong time but Dylan sorted this out after taking control of my phone to amend. I also had problem with a camera not working but Dylan explained poss reasons why this happens and then talked us through on how to rectify issue and this worked. Dylan also helped with the ring doorbell that had lost its zone. Dylan & Catherina both assisted me today and all issues now resolved. Prime these staff members are a credit to your Company so big thank yous to them both 👍🏻
