AVOID!! DONT ORDER!!
Really wish I had read these reviews first. Ordered a nike top on 4th August. Never received. Emailed around 6 times, always received a reply we will look into it. Never heard anything back. Asked to cancel order and receive a refund but never did. Luckily I paid with PayPal so I have received a refund through them on 2nd Sept.

I ordered a pair of running shorts and they delivered a completely different order. They were initially helpful in sending me a return label however the return label didn’t work, when I let them know they told me to just keep trying it as they had checked it and it was fine. Which meant I had to return 3 times to send the package back and each time getting told it wasn’t valid. I eventually paid for the return myself. I then didn’t hear from them nor received a response. It has taken a month of me chasing and getting one line response that I should have a refund in next few days and then nothing. Not once have they apologised or followed up.

Ordered a Windrunner for my husbands birthday, items still not arrived after 2 weeks. Turns out the Royal Mail delivered it to the wrong address and they are telling me that it’s not their fault so they are not refunding. Returns policy is also strict so just be careful ordering if your not 100% sure on your size! Will never deal with this company again

They don’t even send you anything and you can’t get in touch with them. Clowns

Still waiting over a month for refund

I had the same issues highlighted in many of the reviews here. I ordered two pairs of identical trainers. Received one pair in the wrong size. I was told the other pair was on the way and that I should return the incorrect pair (which I did at my own expense). I never received the second pair and spend weeks chasing a refund that I never received. I ended up claiming the money back via my credit card company. If you do risk ordering from them, I recommend paying by credit card so you have a way of claiming back the money.

Absolutely disgusting, have emailed 5 times as order of 18th July, order no. 15923 has still not arrived 😡 no one answers emails and paid for 3 day delivery. No telephone contact! Will be sourcing head office number to call direct. Basically taken just short of £100!!

Was after a pair of trainers for a while and these guys got my order sorted in no time, top service. Much better than having to deal with JD or any of these high street stores

Due to a misunderstanding between us the product I wanted was not available so they sent out something very similar, ordinarily it would have been acceptable but I already had this one.
A couple of email exchanges later I had a postage paid return label and once back with them they processed my refund which was in my account 2 days later.
A pleasure to deal with all round

Ordered a pair of Nike shorts over 3 weeks ago. Was told via email that “hopefully they should be with me soon” on the tracking ID it says Royal Mail has still yet to receive the parcel off them.

Pages like this need to stop selling stuff they do not have in stock. I’ve bought shorts and they obviously have to go and find the stock online and are struggling to do so. Hence why I’m still waiting. Got some nice things on the page. It’s a shame it’s ran the way it is.

No issues with the ordering process or the delivery time which was good. However, they sent me the wrong model of trainer. Ordered Nike Pegasus 39, received Pegasus 38.....
When you ring their number it goes to answer phone. Took 3 days to reply to my email. They have asked me to return them (at my expense ) and they will replace them with the correct item 'if they have them..' or a full refund. Having read the poor reviews about refunds from this company, I will keep the trainers they have sent me because I have no faith in receiving a positive timely resolution. I won't be shopping here again.

Very friendly and wide selection of clothing

Awful company. Never experienced anything like it. Ordered trainers and a T-shirt. Trainers never arrived and sent the wrong tshirt…
Few months later I managed to get my money back because thankfully I paid through PayPal and they managed to get me my money back as Primo kept ignoring my emails. Do not order from these scammers.

Avoid at all costs took over 12 days for them to even ship and when received sent me the wrong size take ages to reply to emails, and offered a refund if I didn’t want to wait but states 3-5 days delivery on website.

Waited over a week for delivery with no word. Royal Mail website simply says it is in transit. Emailed the team and they have offered me a refund if I “don’t want to wait”, which tells me they never even attempted to send out my order. Am waiting now for my refund.

Wanted to change part of my order after I ordered, the lads sorted it and with no problems. Products spot on!
