Sign ripped very quickly
I ordered the heavy duty outdoor vinyl sign with reinforced grommets. It ripped in the wind within a month and a half.

Product did not arrive on time as promised with express shipping fee. No return calls nor updates on the delay. Left voice message, emailed, tried their online chat to ask if order will arrive on time. No response. Order arrived 3 days after expected arrival. Unable to use banner as event had passed. Office personnel emailed after banner was delivered apologizing for delay due to machine problems. Could have called customer ahead to inform of delay but did not. Will not order again. Sorry but timely communication is very important for a business to thrive.

We are so sorry for the confusion regarding the timeline and for the massive disappointment of missing your event. We realize there was a misunderstanding: our 24-hour turnaround time applies to how quickly we produce and hand off the banner to the carrier, which is separate from the transit time for express delivery. We are so sorry this wasn't clearer at checkout.
That being said, we completely agree that we should have been much faster to respond to your messages when you reached out for an update. We never want a customer to feel ignored, especially before an important event. Because you weren't able to use the banner, please contact us directly at hello@printastic.om so we can refund your express shipping fee and work out a solution for the order itself. Thank you for your feedback, and we will use this to make our shipping and production definitions much clearer on our website.

Came out great, thank God you did not use a white bleed line, I hate that. Only reason 4 stars and not 5 is it took a long time to get over 2 weeks.

Exactly what we needed for our Underwater Scooter Pros (UnderwaterScooterPros.com) vehicle!
The first set of magnets I ordered were rectangular. After speaking directly with Donald and conveying what I was expecting to receive by ordering die cut magnets, he took care of me within a single business day.
If you're ordering these, it is likely you have a custom logo shape. I recommend ordering and including some sort of note or following up with an email on how you wish for the magnet to be cut out.
Outstanding business practices and some of the best prices here in the U.S. We plan to use Printastic again for all of our physical marketing needs.
