Printatelier Avis 

Please dont buy anything from this website. They are a fraud. I've ordered a poster in June and even though I have messaged them repeatedly and they reassured me they would send it "with freebies" to compensate for the delay, I havent received anything I have asked for a refund but they have now stopped responding to my messages. I will use all legal means available but in the meantime please be warned.

The knowledge of their craft, attention to detail, attitude and response times are second to none.
Atelier82 helped me with the necessary marketing solutions, target areas, website and design that my business needed to help rebrand and reach out to a new client base, also reminding our current clients that we are still here, great results!
I would not consider transferring my custom, regardless of cost. Worth every penny. (I privately believe I was not charged for all business hours).
Use them, they won't let you down.

So utterly shite it’s actually amusing. Received the wrong prints, wrong size, shocking quality, looks like someone cut them with scissors. Probably some scammy dodgy teenager selling these. At least be good at your job.

Quality is shocking
Item takes weeks to be delivered - I emailed several times to check on the status and was only responded to once with an estimated delivery. The estimated delivery passed so I emailed again and had no response. In fact my email bounced back. This panicked me so I initiated a charge back with my bank. A couple of weeks later Print Atelier finally got in touch and accused me of fraudulent behavior for the charge back and told me to close it. The item eventually arrived and it's blurry. The quality is so low I can't use it. Avoid avoid avoid.

Cheap quality, it looks like a kindergarten print (literally). The website is 100% deceiving, No customer service, No phone number, No one replies to your emails ! and it arrived 25 days after i was charged. definitely a scam.

Came perfectly on time! Beautiful prints would buy from there again. Even gave a freebie!

I recently had posters printed and couldn’t be happier with the results. The quality is excellent — sharp detail, rich colours, and premium paper. Fast turnaround and fantastic customer service. Highly recommended!

I personally LOVE print atelier, the poster is beautiful and such high quality, definitely worth the money, however only one downside was it took a while to ship however the seller was super kind and updated me with the shipping of it so it wasn’t a downside for me. I definitely recommend ordering from print atelier and I definitely will be in the future !!

I had a great experience with this shop! The quality of the print exceeded my expectations. The colors are vibrant, the paper is thick and premium. Shipping took 2-3 weeks, but it was noted on the website.
It looks even better in person and fits perfectly in my room. I’ll definitely be ordering again and would highly recommend this shop!

I'm confused by the negative reviews as I honestly couldn’t be happier with my order from Print Atelier!!

The prints arrived exactly as described on the website, the quality is beautiful and the paper feels really premium, and they look even better framed on my wall than I expected.

What made the experience even better was the customer service. I DM’d them before ordering because I couldn’t decide which prints would go best together, and they actually helped me choose! They were so patient and gave genuine suggestions based on the vibe I wanted.

They also surprised me with a few free extra prints in my package, which was such a sweet touch and made it feel really personal.

Everything was packaged carefully and arrived in perfect condition. You can tell they really care about their customers and their brand.

Definitely ordering again and I would recommend them 🤍

The print was packaged in such a way that it was certain to be damaged right down the middle. They used two tubes that didn't fit and they put sellotape to try and fit them together.
The print was poor quality , on a cheap plastified paper
It arrived after Christmas - 17 days after purchase
I sent an email and photo to complain and never received a reply.
It fails on all counts and I would give a zero if that were possible.

Ik heb na lange tijd een groot formaat poster ontvangen van Print Atelier, maar de afbeelding is van zeer slechte kwaliteit. Print Atelier geeft achteraf aan dat dit het geval kan zijn vanwege het grote formaat. Als deze beperking er is, dan moeten ze dan vooraf vermelden, want dan had ik nooit de poster voor zoveel geld besteld. De poster is ook nog eens beschadigd bezorgd. Daarvoor verwijzen ze naar Royal Mail en RM geeft aan dat beter de verzender een klacht over een beschadigd artikel kan indienen. Print Atelier geeft niet thuis. Ik ben niet tevreden en beveel hen niet aan.
